Today, Moon showcases Himeko in the NEWEST Memory of Chaos alongside Ruan Mei, Harmony Trailblazer, and Lingsha! Over time, Himeko has become one of the STRONGEST Standard 5-Star Characters in Honkai Star Rail with new team synergies!
In Moon's last video, she went over Honkai: Star Rail's v2.6 Characters Rappa, Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae, Acheron, Aventurine, and who you should pull for! All of these characters have a lot to their kits, so I decided to go over the newly revealed Rappa to help you decide which character is likely the best option for you to pull, and what our rerun options offer! Rappa is a Imaginary Erudition Character who focuses on dealing massive break damage onto enemies. This plays a huge part regarding her place in the meta.

@@sponge563 Himeko is also gonna be very interesting with Tingyun 5-Star Form. Since it is rumored that she enables break teams by giving a second weakness bar to break, similar like in this MoC Cycle. And this MoC shows really well how good the synergy is with Himeko Follow up attacks

Never would I have ever thought that Himeko would become a really good 5 star once again, with so many new characters that work perfectly for her. Losing that 50/50 on Robin was disappointing but getting Himeko made me appreciate her more than I already did!

My favorite HSR Characters from Every path: Destruction: Firefly. Likely a popular answer, but I love her writing. There's so few characters that run a disability as part of the character so well. I fell in love with her and I pulled for her largely due to the writing. Never regretted it either. Hunt: Boothill. While he is not used as much, his story and ability to remain positive and kind after everything he's been through is wonderful. I'm glad to see him every time he's on screen. Erudition: Argenti. Everything involved with Argenti is still wrapped in mystery. The other knights, Idrilla, his planet. I love the potential he could have if he was a story focus. (Special Mention: Jing Yuan. I stayed in the game cause I love this man, but he's not very strong so I've skipped him) Harmony: Ruan Mei. Aeon researcher, mystery of her own, and all around amazing unit. And she's pretty. Nihility: Jiaoqiu. A chef, a master strategist, the downfall of Hoolay, His trailer is one of my favorites Preservation: Aventurine. Great design, great story potential, great Kit. Love him so much and he's brought me victory a bunch. Abundance: Gallagher. His story importance was much larger than I was expecting. I've enjoyed having him on my teams. His design is unique, and his kit is one of my favorites. Sorry this is so long winded, but here it is!

I'd say that my favorite path is Destruction I love the whole sacrificing something to gain something mechanic that the some of the units have (like Firefly for example) and the self-sustainability of those units are also great, as for my favorite character from that path I will have to choose Yunli because I love counter-play units and I Personally feel like a lot of people slept on her she's such a versatile unit and I'm glad I pulled for her.

I like playing Nihility best, especially in the original Simulated Universe when the blessings would make DOT teams insane. Kafka is my favorite Nihility character, Guinaifen second (although I don’t use Gui that often). I tend to like Destruction characters also, particularly Jingliu and Firefly and Xueyi. Just recently picked Himeko on my 300 wish std selector, she was the one std char I didn’t have. Definitely going to build her, esp for PF, but I haven’t had a chance yet.

I downloaded the game specifically for Welt Yang. I saw him once and knew he was my favorite. I have since been lucky(?) That I've lost some 50/50 and got him so he's at e3. Favorite path is hard to choose but I love playing support so I guess I'd have to pick Abundance and/or Harmony. So many cool characters to chose from here. Ruan Mei, Gallagher, Robin, Lingsha. All so cool. Maybe it's because she's the newest but I think Lingsha is just so cool.

Regarding your Himeko team, have you considered swapping the light cones for Ruan Mei and Harmony MC? With how many breaks Himeko and Lingsha pump out constantly, Harmony MC can get a ridiculous amount of extra energy beyond what you need, but with Ruan Mei's sig that lets you convert those extra ults into way more SP, turning one of the most SP-negative supports in the game straight-up SP neutral (or SP-positive in some Pure Fictions) without changing how often you use their skill at all. Plus with MotP being S5, the Break Effect totals for Ruan Mei and Harmony MC would pretty much stay the same so there'd be no worries about unbalancing things that way.

Honestly I don't have a favorit path but I do have my personal fav characters. Best break is firefly, fav follow up is (dont laugh) dr ratio as. Fav healer is a fight between lingsha and huohuo. My absolute fav character is huohuos tale. He's the biggest tsundere I've seen in a game but he allso changes to best support when huohuo is in trouble. Love him.

Any Himeko team recomendation is good recomendation in my book. My favorite path is Nihility. Kafka was the one who made me play HSR in the first place, DOT is too good to see and this path is the only one I have all characters. Silver Wolf is the only character I got in a rerun and Jiaoqiu was a last minute pull for my Acheron. Don't even need to guess who is gonna be my next character.

Favourite path is nihility, the one path prone to both damage and increasing other’s damage. Favourite nihility unit is black swan. For abundance; Lingsha, break dps (and a little sustain), for harmony it is robin; full action advance is crazy and the massive amount of buffs (extra dps to attacks, atk bonus, all dmg and a lot of crit dmg), for destruction i love xueyi; an incredible break dps who has rainbow toughness reduction on imo the best break element in the game. For hunt I like feixiao; the many hits for ults is incredible fun, especially in SU/DU with hunt passives, while dual scaling with FUA is crazy, furthermore her lore is incredible and absolutely can relate to wanting to speed up instead of slow down lol. For erudition I like himeko, she’s pretty good for AoE and cool animations, when she does come out, im 100% gonna enjoy rappa more. For preservation I like fu, old reliable, you just cannot die and good buffs for dps’, but also her lore is incredible, trainee general arbiter is crazy for a user of the third eye of matrix of prescience.

(4 Star - Tingyun) Abundance - Lingsha (4 Star - Gallagher) Preservation - Aventurine ( 4 Star - March 7th) Erudition - Himeko (4 star - Herta) Nihility - Acheron (4 Star - Luka) The teams that I used were the Premium Follow up team Feixiao, Robin, March 7th and Aventurine. (Still developing Topaz) and my Shatter Squad (Firefly, Ruan Mei, HMC and Lingsha). I'm glad Himeko is getting some love. Personally one of my top 5 favourite characters in this game. (If interested, 1 - Firefly, 2 - Feixiao, 3 - Aventurine, 4 - Ruan Mei and finally at Number 5 - Himeko.

i have only 1 team a Yunli team (Yunli/huoHuo/Topaz/Tingyun) and am still to build a second team. i just slapped a level 80 himeko/herta/Harmony MC not expecting much.... but no i cleared it super easy i was surprised

Going purely by character and not the kit. Nihility: Guinafen, She suprizingly realistic(story) Hunt: Boothill, Hes such a goofy guy Preservation: Aventurine, The story got me O_O Destruction: Xueyi, I like there design and puppet robot ghost(?) is cool Harmony: Sparkle, she crazy lol Erudition: Qingque, shes my favorite design and shes me IRL exept there the goat(talked Skot out) Abundance: Lingsha, I love her attitude and she reminds me of a friend lol

Instead of himeko i just used e6 Gallagher and e1 lingsha on that first half it was so damn easy. My favorite path is definitely Nihility. There's just something for everyone in it.

My favourite path is Harmony. They created far too many pretty design on Harmony path. Tingyun, Ruan Mei, Robin and Sparkle ☺️ but I like the most is Bronya. My first 5 star. Great character development, good utility and she's so pretty.
