This is the second time I am watching this listing with another agent but still no mention of the estate features infact it's as if the drone is avoiding showing the environment properly. With high electric fencing it shows the estate may not be safe. Security should be number 1 feature for someone spending billions for a house.
I agree with you. But if u understand how lekki phase 1 is structured then you will have some idea of how the estate is. It's actually in a quiet decent location
For this price, it should be a sin. To own this home. In a country where minimum wage is 30k. No one, not even Dangote, should be able to afford this home. Even if they have the cash. How much did you pay the workers to build it on cheap labor?

@@skycresthomes9814 the parking space is too big part of the parking space should be at the back with pool . the house is 100% that pool suppose dey back make una stop dey waste land for parking 2 to 3 cars space is enough
