I'll bet that tractor with square wheels is able to drive over really swampy or terrain that would be complicated for even Tanks or tracked vehicles, without having an issue at all. The way it is similar to the track on tanks and tracked vehicles, As the design he built looks like it will allow much more dispersement of the soggy terrain having long, solid sections instead of a bunch of smaller sections that flex at the pivot points that allow the track to rotate around a hub. This design might not be capable of very high speeds like some tracked vehicles, But the slower speeds and diesel engine would transfer so much torque to the ground, I feel it would be very hard to compete with this design thru some very marshy, Swampy, Soft terrain that would be difficult for other vehicle types. Just my opinion based on a quick break down of the design and possible capabilities I would believe to be the benefit of such a awkward, Yet seems would be a very successful and productive design for some industries like farming, Or traversing shallow wetlands, Or semi swampy areas. Once again, This is only my opinion and I could be wrong. Just what I thought when seeing this design and how it operated.
