This is not how indian rap music sounds. There are numerous languages, how do you expect indian rap to sound black/western? Indian hip hop has been thriving for the last decade or two, and this song is not sounding "indian" is an exception. When this song came out, I was excited out of bounds. But then I started seeing a bunch of reaction videos from westerners saying stuff like "no way he indian", "do indians go down like this", which in my opinion is insulting and demeaning. So yeah, Indian rap does not sound like this, hanumankind's rap does.
The thing they are spinning in. It's called maut ka Kua( well of death) damn near every fairs have that. Hanuman to put this in music video was amazing. Every Indian prolly has seen this.

This kind of stunt is so common in India. Called "Death Well" probably chosen aptly for the lyrics. But I am not sure Hanumankind did it himself. And last, even in a rapper slang don't say "f**king" Indian language, if you don't understand it. There are many rappers here doing in local language and you don't have to understand the language because Indian languages are more expressive and as you enjoy this song, there are Indian guys who can do stuff like this in English too.
