This is one of those women that are their for their looks and nothing else. my guess is she will jump on the sexual assault wagon when she loses her job to a smarter woman lol.
Totally can't prove it, but I got to spend the weekend here once. I went to school in Hardin Montana, and they invited us to go their for an arts festival and i was invited, this was in 2014 when the home was owned by the owner of some internet company.
I don't know why people think mansions are so great, they are gaudy, require too much upkeep, high energy costs and high expenses, reason why a lot of rich people go broke. When the big income stops flowing those big mansion expenses swallow your savings, ask Delonte West and many others who learned the hard way. I'd rather have a nice modest house on the land and enjoy the land without thinking much about the house requirements.
Probably not in a location ideal for a resort, but a dude / fishing operation along with the cattle is a popular viable model. It does need water next to the main home.
Didn't this place sell for 20 mil? it is not 30.000 deeded acres either. Again people do not sell if they are making the money. I don't think anyone would want to make a resort out of it and I do not believe any one that bought it would make a profit.
Which half of the cow do they get ? :) "Home, home on the range, where the skeeters and blackflies play,.. where never is heard, a discouraging word, and the snow drifts pile higher all day"... (My edit :) )
I was kind of OK with watching this until, the clown says "Yellowstone National River" what? Also, if this is like near Big Sky it is about 90 miles to where that river runs. So, Hall and Hall you might want to consider somebody other than Bloomie to help you sell properties.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ *Hobble Diamond Ranch.* Finally, a ranch you can sink your teeth into: a real working ranch; not a hobby farm or "gentleman's farm". Much different: Thirty thousand acres, massive main residence. For what she costs, $35M, you could buy one of the nicest houses in the Hamptons. Or, how about a Beverly Hills mansion? Miami Beach? Didn't think so. *You know you are a Montana woman or man.*
My horse ranch has 756 thousand archers plus 6 beautiful log. Cabin homes 6 high tech barns and 7 turbines to generate all our power.it’s worth a ton of money but I will never sell .
What's else????!!! STRAIGHT TO THE GOAL!!! HAVE YOU EVER ASK YOURSELF..? JUST LIKE !!! GOSH!!! WHAT ARE WE TALKING HERE???!! DRIVE ME CRAZY. NEVERMIND. WHERE WERE WE?? OH YEAH SO ABOUT THAT.... COULD YOU? YOU SHOULD DEFINETLT.
I can't help but Wonder people they are lucky enough to have such beautiful things in our life I have known people that have stuff like this and they never lived in it they just have it for station are they just they're all over the world and everyone plays I don't comprehend that I don't like I guess I never will I think it's because I've never had anything and probably never will unless I should ever be lucky enough to hit the lottery wow my head is spinning right now so I'm daydreaming about the lottery so maybe just maybe
They needed to get ad revenue on this vid lol? Feel sorry for the staff who might have to deal with a new boss .... Try n turn it into a dude ranch? Ugh. haha. For $35 mil? Ain’t no aspiring dude rancher gonna have that kinda money. Doubt that venture would pay the bills either - even if some billionaire wanted to own this place as a dude ranch. 🙄 It ain’t worth owning as it is - too big, too expensive for a retreat, and too expensive for a cow calf operation too - so it’s for sale. I think anyways. Might be chopped up again to sell it piece by piece. Maybe make up some ranchettes and name em pretty for a different market?
For 1 mill you get something bigger with better weather the entire year in some island in the Caribbean.. 😐 let's be honest people that buy that house barely spend time living there maybe so mostly is just bragg about it
Ummmmm, so,,, yeah,,, like yeah... come on dude. Like literal full time ummm cowboys. This guy convinces the lunch lady to make sure he’s charged twice
