One note about this build - even though I show her with some crit rate, she's actually not hitting the targets (so no need for it) -- just build her with a bunch of ATK, ATK speed & Rage regen! Enjoy!
Revolution… DPS… DAMAGE. PER. SECOND. More seconds under damage = more Total DPS. Everyone focuses of the damage, most don’t remember the per second (per period of time that damage can be done to an enemy).
When the GR1 mobs aren’t attacking the wall, each second they are frozen is almost like 2x your other DPS. Because there’s more seconds. I don’t know I think it’s under appreciated. Love the video.
so as shown in the last gear raid attack. if youre using her for control. would it be more beneficial to just put her on an amulet of Attack speed and really get those crystals going for control? since shes not gonna be your main dps anyways? just a thought.
This was 1 of the epics I got on my very first 10 pull. I didn't build her because EVERYONE says she sucks. I was forced to build her for faction wars and man was I surprised by tbe results. She is amazing. It just goes to show that there are a lot of tier lists and people playing this game that don't as much as they think they do. Because she is way better than her ratings. And way better than the tier lists have her ranked. So glad you did a video on this hero. I'm sure there are people who didn't build this hero because of something someone else said about her. I'm one of those people. Had I not been forced to build her because I had nothing else, she'd still be sitting there at level 0. Great video man.
people will be using Ai now because of you. 😂 I think youre the first cc who utilizes her abilities to fullest on most content, showcasing her prowess through arena and raids. Shes also very useful in higher level campaign.
😄 that intro. I do like and appreciate the good humor in your videos. Ai was an early addition and she's been very valuable in more than one part of the game. Those freeze bombs are incredible. She's saved the wins multiple times because of the freezes, the slows and the weakening/ magic damage she hits the enemies with. So, you are absolutely correct sir. Attention players: try using AI, Elukas and Marri together in the stages where you need to slow the enemies down. It's a very effective trio working together. My Marri & Ai aren't even A-5 yet and still powerful.
The thing I don’t like about ai is that her passive is 100% dependent on her ult, if she doesn’t have her ult up and she already filled the plane with crystals she just stops attacking until her ult comes up and THEN she upgrades the crystals
Ai is a weird one that you don't just drop in place of any other DPS hero. But that's what I think Watcher of Realms does right. You can really play with weird strats like Ai building up a minefield in between waves, Cerberus or Daemon as a dead drop, Apsan for making a 3 deep choke point, that sort of thing.
been using her for story chapter 9, only halfway through tho due to a massive lack of bp and stuff :D when i saw that thumbnail i just started thinking... would it be worth it to try and use her in gr1-19? that's where i'm stuck at right now, not for the damage, but full on attack speed to minimize the damage done to the wall, granted her bombs do an aoe freeze
Same goes for Laurel. When i was new (still only 50 days logged in) i fed Laurel, cos her ratings were trash. Ended up learning how amazing she really is. I pulled her again, thankfully :) a few times now, but yeah, gotta be careful with those ratings.
I pulled her in the first couple of days and went for her straight away (I don’t look at reviews and if I do I don’t put much stock into them). I always look for crowd control champs, RAID has taught me well I guess LoL She is max awakened too! Thanks Ash!!!!
i made her 60 at once.. she was one of my first epics she is a slow explosions control monster ..to bad i dont have a good set to put on her (unfortunately all good sets are on legos)
I pulled Ai a week or two ago and was initially rather disappointed. But she's absolutely amazing at slowing down and freezing the enemy units! I pair her with Marri, too, for that one-two, slow=freeze punch.
Honestly I wouldn't trust any reviews in this damn game. Especially since half the reviews on female characters are horny teens talking about "Nice breasts" and other useless shit. I'll use Mabuckets Tier list, and even then I'll take it with a grain of salt
Hmmm, I guess I'll dust her off the shelf and see how she fairs with my current batch of heroes. She's max awakened btw and hits pretty hard but needs time to ramp up. With the right comp, she'll do wonders.
First of all no one should use rating in game they misleading big time 2nd is few more epick underrated try as exemple azzoth and you will be surprised
I just built my AI and she wasnt putting out good numbers so i was about to strip off the good gear and then i ran her in the faction battle and she was easily the top dps. I am not as progressed as your account but mine is just over 300atk spd. the more spd she has the better,main stat and then sub stat on every piece for her.
I got 3 Ai within my first 5 epic pulls. I was so disappointed by the tier lists and rating that I contemplated quitting or starting over. But I decided thats part of Gacha and built her out as my first hero. She seemed super good... Iv been living with this secret ever since

Yea I just noticed how good she was in Factions. Only thing I had an issue with is you can’t place a ground hero on a tile when she has a trap there already.
I got her super early on one of my alts and man I really liked using her, she is so fun to use and I wish people wouldn't be so quickly to judge a hero without trying different builds
Not going to lie ASH, we in the Celestials guild cluster have been talking about AI for 2 weeks now and how she can absolutely destroy GR1-19/20/21. We actually knew it was only a matter of time before a CC made a video about her being a secret beast haha. Glad to see it.
