Hmm I prefer going to the hawker stalls and gets curry laksa but I am malaysia so also there ain't no such thing as five star Malaysian restuarant in Malaysia just go to the uncle aunty and buy from them sure nice wan. Also if u got and char siew or siew yoke lying around just throw that it the noodles trust me it'll be amazing much better than bacon or sausage. The laksa don't look as spicy as it should
This laksa is Singapore's version. You get other types of Laksa version in Malaysia or Thailand. We usually pair this with Prawns/shrimps, beanspouts, dried tofu and fishcakes. In Singapore we don't usually cook this since for a few more cents we can have the fresh version. But i'm glad you enjoyed our laksa version!
