Zubeen Garg is the Gem of Assamese music.. My Physics Teacher in 2007-08 was in same college with him as a senior and used to tell us how teachers used to send Zubin out of the class because he was always singing songs ..even outside sitting in the verandah during the punishment.. he is a Gem of Assamese music
