Your birria tacos are one of my favorites! I made them for our fire department down here in the Rio Grande Valley in Texas! I had to do this three different days to get all the different shifts but they absolutely loved them! I also made Mexican street corn. Not bad for a gringa!! One fire man ate 10 of the tacos😂
