The filling is a whipped cream substitute like CoolWhip and needs to be whipped with whipping g cream and fruit aroma. The smaller bowl also contains something like gelatin that is mixed in in the small bowl and then the small bowl into the big one. Finally they put the bottom cake on and chill it in the refrigerator to form it up. Then it gets flipped and chocolate spray painted back. The little dark disk they put in between the cream is a fruit jelly with the same aroma as the whipped cream. 🙂
