I also had knee surgery years ago & had a really rough accident on July 1st 2021. I felt like my knee was going to explode. Stretched it the hell out & got it looked at along with my other major stuff. Glad you were even able to drive outta there!!

That slow mo footage is a trip man. That asphalt is poured in rows, and where the two rows tie together, the unevenness threw the wheel out of gyroscopic balance. Glad you’re good man 🤘 hopefully the knees not fudged

If you pause it in slow mo at about 4:50 you can see that his knee is twisted the wrong way because his ankle is caught in the bike. Glad it wasn't worse. Going in the water like a pool or the ocean works wonders for recovery since you can move everything around easier.

Watching that gave me flashbacks of my last off. Front washed out after hitting a puddle (that turned out to be a lake) at about the same speed as you. Almost made it thru, but not quite. Happened a few months ago, pretty much have the all the skin back on my knee (arms etc) now, but I can still feel something every now and then. Considering the big rigs that fly up that road... at night... We're pretty lucky people, right? lol Heal up bro👊

Hope there really was no broken bones, I know it can feel like it's ok until much later. I broke my ankle in a less cool way getting in a similar van (Think I had weakened it somehow sometime before), still drove home, picked my dog up on the way, then later had to get down the A&E/ER as the pain got much worse.

Oh my god Brian, so sorry to see this happen to you. Unfortunate. But damn, you looked invincible and make everything look easy... except for that stoppie wobble of course. Fortunately it wasn't more serious and I wish you a speedy recovery. I have to commend you for being totally honest and straight up. You could have hidden this and not let on that yeah, you make a mistake once in a while or get unlucky. But no, you are honest and straight up to share and allow others to learn. Similar to when IMKAY did a high side on his Ducati 6 months ago. Total respect and admiration for both of you for sharing the good, the bad and the ugly.
