Laura Rae, I have been using the Peeper Keeper for many years and I love it. I often use it during the night to lock in moisture. It is such a versatile little tub! Also, it takes quite a while to go through the little tub so it is really economical. I saw you a while ago use it as a highlighter, and I like that it adds a little glow without any glitter. She did a video two weeks ago about a hair product she was using. It's a hair gloss product she puts on before and after washing it. She said she loves it. I can't remember the name of it. I'm thinking Madison reade? I just remember her saying no harsh chemicals in it. Especially their hair color. And they blend a special mixture according to your desired look. 🌞

I use regular awuaphor balm under my eyes a lot for dryness, despite that formula having no petrolatum, it does a great job & plays nicely with makeup. I dont do full coverage makeup, and it doesnt do anything amazing for my concealer, but it heals dry undereyes & inflamed eye bags very quickly.

Ive used La Roche Posay Cicaplast typically for my hands, but use under my eyes. At night I use it on my neck, my cuticles on fingers and toes. Great video tips. ❤ 🌼

About lip liner: if you line your lips with a color that matches your lip or is in the same color family, it won’t look odd after the lip color fades away. A brown pencil always looks a bit weird unless it’s your natural lip color.

Brown lip (or eye) liner looks great on me-~but that’s my natural lip color. Sometimes I even fill in the entire area of my lips so that it serves as a base and holds down anything I put on top for at least half the day!! 😅

I use the Laneige sleeping mask to prep both my lips and undereyes for makeup. I constantly struggle with dry, crusty lips. Dr. Dan's Cortibalm and Laneige Sleeping Mask are the only products that have helped. For my undereyes, I dab a small amount using my ring fingers. The tackiness helps my color corrector and concealer adhere seamlessly to the skin.

I just use the Aquaphor from the tub. I have kept a tub of it around the house since my kids were little (they're adults now) and it works on everything from diaper rash to scrapes to tattoo care.

I love Peeper keeper and had seen the Scott Barnes video. I tried it with my Fiera concealer and it does seem to make a difference. I love the Paw brush! Keep those videos coming I watch most of them you do. Congrats on retiring. I have a lot of teacher friends that have been retired for 5 years or more. They have no regrets.

Apart from the fact that your videos are interesting and informative for us older ladies (i'm rapidly approaching 50), I also really appreciate your gentle, cheerful style - some makeup channels can be a bit 'full on' and shouty and I really appreciate how relaxing your style is. I ordered the ordered the Peeper Keeper awhile back and noticed it jsd menthol in it - o have really dry eyes and glaucoma/ has this bothered anyone else? Also I read that using aquaphor under your eyes should only be done 2-3 times a week because it can cause milea- I use a bit when I use Retin A to keep it away from my eyes and I got milea! I use CosRx lip sleeping mask under my eyes and on my eyelids over eye cream every night. It has been huge in plumping the skin around my eyes and I have very few wrinkles around my eyes. Plus, I tend to have dry eyelids several months of the year and have not at all in the 3 years I've been doing this. A little goes a long way tapping it on. Previously I used Vaseline but it wasn't quite as good and was almost too thick and goopy.

When I saw the viral aquafor I thought of peepers. I thought exactly what you said about the method it was placed under the eye. Dragging it So I have both. I did both. The peeper way is perfection ! I tried the Aquaphor after hearing about this. It doesn’t work on my skin. It’s too sticky and thick. I tried Vanicream ointment instead which worked better. I’ll try the Beekeepers product you suggested.

Its more bodycare then skincare but baby lotion is a great day time moisturizer. Just be careful if you have sensitivity to coconut oil. However on the body i have no issues but everyone is different .

I’m obsessed with an essence Dr Dray recommend, Hada Labo Goku-Jyun Hyaluronic Acid Lotion as a replacement for Neutrogena Hydro Boost. The Peeper Keeper always migrates to my eyeballs. It blurs my vision, blocks my tear duct and it doesn't matter how small of an amount I use. I end up having to wash my face and sit with a heated compress on my eyes. I do use it as a lip treatment now but beware if you have sensitive eyes or things migrate on you.

I haven't had any problems with milia because of the Peeper Keeper. I have read online that some people have had milia under the eyes because of the Aquaphor. Again, this will vary person to person. xoxo

@@LauraRaeBeauty Hey hi!! Thank you for responding. I like to try anything that goes viral and this just didn't work. So to answer your question, my current favourite routine includes, the CORSX snail mucin, always a sunscreen with moisturizer (Oil of Olay) and it goes right under my eyes as well and then the Inkey List eye brightener cream (the one with the metal applicator) then my concealer just in the darkest areas patted in to melt into my skin and then I use my foundation brush with a little bit of Mac's fix plus to set it. This works quite well for me and lasts all day. I use a dry concealer so maybe that's why the aquaphore didn't work. It's the Revlon concealer stick. I love it and it's always easy and portable.

I finished school Friday. I am excited to have more time for my channel and also I will be doing some projects around the house. Also, I am volunteering for a non-profit that helps children in foster care.❤️
