The first episode was really smart. They set the tone of the entire show by killing of the ENTIRE DAMN JUSTICE LEAGUE. Really smart and no one other than those who read the comics was ready for it

People who already watched the whole season (and not), just think about what will happen in the last episode (or in this one), and think closely about this line by Nolan: «You'll have to do what you want to do, or might not think you can do. It's okay to be scared, it's natural to doubt yourself, but if you can push through that and do what needs to be done, you do just fine.» I think that wasn't for Mark, even if Nolans haven't realised it himself.

The reason that they look simmilliar to the justice legue is so you can feel familliar with them,so they can be introduced faster ect,like you already know them.

For me, it would be Telekinesis. The ability gives me flight, phasing through objects, unlocking doors, heating objects, possibly exploding items, controlling others, etc.
