Actual online races that aren’t grand races would be cool. I’m not sure why I can’t go do circuit races online or some crazy rally sprint without getting lucky in the 30 minute window that a grand race is available. I get that everyone is treated like cattle in a line these days but options is what we need

100% agree, but the main thing driving me away from the game is how difficult it is to start and maintain a crew. 90% of the time when me and my friend want to play together we can join a crew and that's all fine but if we try and see each other on the map that's a no go, if we try and do an event together that's also a no go, just tells us failed to join event you will play solo. I don't get the point of making a crew if we can't play with friends.

The main issue is ALL THE CHEATERS USING MACROS and THE AVERAGE VEHICLES WHO WIN THE CUSTOM SHOW EVERY WEEK !! World records made by CHEATERS mainly. What is the point of grinding and trying your best knowing you HAVE NO CHANCE OF BEING THE BEST or being high on leaderboards etc !!?? UbiSoft needs to BAN ALL OF THESE CRAZY HIGH SCORE XP PLAYERS who never actually play the game. Summits should be SOLO ONLY to make it FAIR FOR ALL PLAYERS with no SLIPSTREAMING. People are more fed up with these issues than what rewards we get every summit week !!

The biggest problem is that the summits ARE much harder in Motorfest. Add to that the increased amount of HIGHLY SKILLED (respect!) players due to the lumping of all platforms together and many of us who regularly got Platinum in TC2 are relegated to SILVER no matter how hard we try. This week I benefitted from what was obviously a lack of participation and was GOLD (297 places from Platinum) last time I checked. I agree that better rewards are needed, HOWEVER; certain goodies (such as BOOSTED PARTS) need to be SILVER or BRONZE rewards. The reason is this: There is ALREADY a discouraging DIVIDE between the elite players and the rest of us. That divide can NOT be allowed to grow. If boosted parts are PLATINUM and most of us CANNOT achieve that due to numbers the summits will eventually be a complete waste of time for the majority. Better parts are NEEDED, but let them be (please) distributed to ALL players so this disparity remains constant (maintaining HOPE that we can continue to improve) and does not increase exponentially!

This. I'm only gonna play this week's summit because there's a vanity in the participation rewards, I'm not even invested enough in the Summit to try to get anything better than my first runs' scores, because the rewards I would pretend to if I tried wouldn't be worth the time and bucks spent on it. 50k-100k Bucks, ONE SINGLE PERF PART (REALLY??), and legend points aren't nearly enough as bronze/silver/gold rewards. They need to up the rewards, make it worth it for EVERYONE involved, not just the top players. Or else the only ones who will engage with the Summit will eventually be cheaters and the top players that will be driven out too by said cheaters. Also Summit events not giving money is completely and utterly insane. One week's summit buck rewards should cover the cost of AT LEAST half of the required cars cost for that summit imo. There's no need to "regulate" how much money players have because this game doesn't have player-driven economy, the payouts and lack thereof are obviously roadblocks placed there to force players to play more, at the risk of alienating them.

It’s wild how reliant on TC2 this game is. The summit just gives old vanities and they’re rerunning old TC2 cars on the main stage. Their dedicated players that bought day one after putting tons of time in TC2 don’t have much new to go for. There’s one summit car a month.

Why me personally don't play: *Grinding Bucks to Buy Crew 2 Exclusives Motorpass Cars on The Crew 2. *Compleating Summits on The Crew 2 to get Summit Cars. *New Content on The Crew 2. *Constantly Crashes on Motorfest. *No enough events fiding the agtual One to repetitive. *Getting Bored of Grand Race. *Demolition Royale just have like 6 Cars, no rewards and you get bored. *Am Mad about not having events like Demolition Derby, Something Creative about Mosnter Trucks, Police Cars and Services Cars are just Skins Now, Rally cars just have one Propper event and more stuff like that. *We don't needed to work to much for compleating a Playlist. *The map is Good size but feels to empty.

I agree with everything you've said in this vid, I've played a lot of motorfest and my biggest issues are...the summit rewards being terrible even when finishing platinum every time and it not being worth investing 1-2mil per summit bundle to get them. The grand races need ghost mode for the first 5% or 10% to avoid ramming in the first part of the race as well as regularly updated grand tracks/vehicle sequences. Perhaps they coukd add a weekly time trial or something similar like gta online does.

Yes better rewards are needed but also I don’t think the summit rewards should be rank based I’m fine with the rank system staying it’s fun to see where you rank globally but the rewards should be point capped. Missing out on rewards because my rank drops the more people play each event is unfair

As much as I agree the summit will push you to be better.. there’s much more to the statement in the bigger picture that needs addressed. Top 10k combined platforms get those “fear” of not getting items or cars. If you’re already struggling the instinctive to push gets lost. And the biggest one that adds to all of this is the cheesing, cutting, resetting and general underbelly of how this game works, that many people don’t know how it works. So many comments say thank you for showing me that shortcut or that reset point. Or I watch all the top guys plus you to know how to get the best times. They watch the content to know how to cheese it, not get better for a summit. It really feels like the racing aspect of the game is lost in summits, where lack of better term, cheating is the most important.

I glad you noticed this happening and making a video about it. I got all the cars I wanted just by playing 140 Grand Races taking it chill and leveling but bro I got like 10 gold parts out of all those races wtf. I'm not super sweaty to grind for gold sets for each discipline. Playlists are super boring can't even bring your own car even if you bought them. Summit rewards are the only reason I purchase cars for that week. If the rewards are terrible (Like this month), I'll save my bucks, no I'm not buying the 1.3 million car bundle for rewards that are MID. Grand Races desperately needs more variance with what discipline you use and new courses. There isn't even night races for any Grand Races WTF? After 140 GR you notice a pattern of the same discipline and track layout being used again and again. I should've waited for a sale because this game right now is bare bones in content and QOL changes.

I think also what I would've added to this game is the ability to design your own courses or challenges. This is what kept riders Republic going was the fact that people were designing insane tracks that were fun to compete on and there was so many that it just kept going. It kept the Community going.

I totally agree! The biggest thing I dont get is way the summit rewards are so bad in TCM. In TC2 they were often worth the grind. Even now after TCM the TC2 summits are still worth doing! We just got another new unique edition of the older SR viper 😍

For me personally, these 3 features can save the game: 1. More PvP modes 2. Create-A-Race feature with AI opponents 3. More car customization and deeper, seperate customization

Yeah I agree with all your points in the video. I hope they add more content for sure because I love the way the cars handle in general this time around and the Summits are fun but the rewards are straight 💩. I actually got better rewards in The Crew 2s Summit last week and thankfully they all transferred to Motorfest. I’d say what can help also is real cross play where I can invite anyone from any platform to my Crew. Great videos bro by the way 💪🏽

They need to implement forza like rewards where the player receives money and a variety of cars. We need more ways to get the good vehicles in the game

Definitely agree. This is the first week that I’ve managed to get platinum in the summit and honestly Idk if it’s because I’ve done well or because other players simply didn’t care enough about the rewards to spend 2.7m bucks on a bundle to use each car in a max of 2 races. It would be nice if they’d add weekly or daily challenges, don’t have to be anything insane it could just pick a randomised vehicle and be like “complete 5 slaloms / escapes” etc. or weekly challenges for each of the weekly cars like we get in playlists. Beyond that, the parts farm is ridiculous. Legendary parts are a requirement for good summit scores but there isn’t any really reliable method to farm them besides spamming escapes or the hummer express event. It would be nice if challenges would give perf parts or if the grand race was a bit more generous but at this rate the average player won’t have the time to grind for a single set of legendaries for just 1 class, let alone multiple classes

I hate how the summit rewards are considered new content I feel like we need something with replayability like a new game mode for online or just something unique that’ll make players wanna experience that activity more then once grand races were a good idea but it gets boring after a while and demolition Royale died a week after the game launched,and the plays lists are just something u play once and never want to play them again because it’s no point too which is one reason why I’m not excited for the hooligan update if it’s just gonna be a bunch of playlist and a few cars,then after week or two the game is just gonna be back to it’s dry repetitive boring state again.

I would love a race creator mode. Something where I can create my own Goliath/grand race style event to play against the computer to test cars/just play casually as opposed to grand races

For The Crew Motorfest, I switched from PC to PS5. During the beta, Ubisoft announced that full crossplay (as in, cross-platform crews and freeroam) would be in the game at launch, which was not the case. That means I cannot play with all any of my friends, as they're all on PC. Which then means I am stuck playing by myself, which isn't all that fun in the long run. Really wish IVT would at least communicate about that.

one definitive way that I know that less and less people are playing the summits is that for each one I keep placing higher and higher, which isnt from me getting better parts or practicing the races, I literally just hop on for the summits each week then hop off

We need basic races in multiplayer. All these games modes and the only one is where drive for 9 minutes and switch into 3 different vehicles? What about circuit, drag, sprints?

Thank you for your content and tunes as they do help the community. I agree with your video and will add a few more points. Turn off collisions in grand races. Not much of a "race" with so many rammers these days. It gets old pretty quick when you're really not racing and hoping to not get wrecked. Add boats to grand races. Add new cars, boats, and planes to the game. How about a helicopter or jet? Expand the map. Stop adding Tier 1 cars as I suspect most players don't really spend time driving them much except when forced to in a grand race. Add an option for unlimited nitro... not for the races of course.... that would be cool. Add more modern racing cars considering this a "racing game". Add more professionally designed liveries. Otherwise, Motorfest is one my all time favorite games. Thanks again for the videos and tunes spreadsheet!

If there isnt a car in the summit reward it is kinda pointless. Like this week. It hurt dropping 2.6 mill on cars i didnt really care for just to get 100k and tire spoke. I only did it cause the discount and it gave me something to do for a few days but i already hit plat super fast

1. Simplify the main menu; it's too chaotic. There's no real order in the things you need to do, apart from the fact that in the story, sometimes you have to meet certain requirements. For example, if you want to check out the races, you have to navigate through sub-menus. This isn't just with races but with everything else. To compare the simplicity and user-friendliness of the menu: - The Crew Motorfest: Chaotic menu, various events are hard to understand in terms of location and order. - The Crew 1: Intermediate menu, but more intuitive, with a kind of order (due to a proper storyline). - The Crew 2: Very intuitive menu, special events and basic races are separated, you can immediately see which races are in which categories, and rewards are visible right away. It's easy to switch from one event to another without having to figure out if it's the right category you started. 2. The story lacks diverse races. It's clear that The Crew Motorfest focuses on races that make sense with a car manufacturer, but those aren't the only races we want. The Crew 1/2 were successful not just for special events, where people farmed money/exp, and others tried to set the best lap times, etc. It seems like the current races are all scripted, where people aren't entirely free to do them as they want. The system from The Crew 1/2 has somewhat disappeared, focusing everything on one mode (Grand Race), which is also lacking in content/challenges. Now onto my suggestions for things that, in my opinion, are missing from the game (aside from rearranging the menu and adding/tweaking various story races). 1. A simpler and true matchmaking system (essential to have cross-platform enable). By this, I mean there's a need for a mode where people can compete based on their rank (or even compete alongside higher-ranked players, with each improving their rank based on the leaderboard and an AI system calculating their rank using an Elo points system). This could result in a weekly/monthly leaderboard with rewards for the top x players, encouraging players to compete, improve their driving style, and (here comes the interesting part) also engage in other game modes. In my opinion, it would be fair for all the car upgrades obtained in the story and free-roaming to apply to this matchmaking mode. So, the farming mode would be as follows: Complete the story to earn money and parts for car upgrades. Participate in the summit with these upgraded cars (it would be better to upgrade them for various summit events) to obtain special cars that might even become meta. Engage in matchmaking for your rank and the weekly/monthly leaderboard. 2. Cross-platform mode even in the story and free-roaming. A message for The Crew developers: Most of us have that friend/family member where we don't have the same platforms, but we still want to play together. Can we appeal to the entire development team of The Crew Motorfest to work on adding cross-platform even in free-roaming and in the story? Integrate it practically into the crew menu. I know it's tough, and you might think it won't bring in revenue, etc. But it's been seen in other games; this benefits everyone, reducing matchmaking time and enhancing our enjoyment. No one's asking for it to be implemented in a week, but no one's asking for it in the next title of The Crew either. You could conduct a survey on your various social platforms and within the game. Based on that, see what to do. Listen to the community for once. 3. Also, add the race creator mode to The Crew Motorfest. This was my general viewpoint on The Crew Motorfest. I know it's only been a short time since the game's release, but by just listening to the community, I believe the situation can be improved. If anyone in the comments has any complaints about The Crew Motorfest or my viewpoints, feel free to leave your comment. I'd like to hear from you on how you'd want the game to improve. I played for the first 3 weeks and saw everything there was to see, and bailed. Will come back eventually once there’s more interesting things. My biggest gripe is like “oh I wanna do drag races? Gotta specifically go to these 1 or 2 races to replay them with my car”

TC2 summits every week n vanities in the shop been better than motorfest since it dropped. I play both games every day n get plat in both every week. But I honestly have more fun on tc2.. I only tryhard car summits in TCM whilst the rest I just do mid sh8t, on the other hand TC2 non car summits n cars summits are more worth it to tryhard.. n fun!

The main reason I only log onto Motorfest currently isn't particularly the Summit rewards. But the races and cars they pick for these Summits. We're only in the 1ste season and we already had to buy at least 2 bundles of over 1 million. Next to that some races in these Summits are straight up awful. When I saw that the current Summit needed the Chiron and only gave a Renault Clio for all 9 races and a smoke that I just received 1 week prior in The Crew 2, I even chose to finish just 6 races. Which without the Chiron was very hard, as 1 race needs to be done with a Racing vehicle on a track on which the AI isn't even able to take the turns and the other one is with a Rally Cross car on the thightest courses. Other complaints I currently have is the off-road handling of Hypercars, Racing cars and Alpha GP cars that are simply unable to manoeuver off-road. Legend Points are only gained after the month has passed, while in The Crew 2 you got those after each level until a certain point. Last but not least are the lack of diversity of races in general, but that will probably change over time. Meanwhile The Crew 2 had it's 10th season and seems to be more fun and to my honest opinion seems to have the safest handling of the 2.

Stories need to return and be a weekly thing. Cross play car meets (Make a instance server in HIKI gas station car parks that ppl can attend and see 20 other cars and walk around, form a crew from there and go cruising) Race creator mode : but WAY improved. I would like to see them do something like the playground areas, give me a small section of map and the assets from the game to create a small area to play around in. When I saw Forza tease this recently I was so impressed and instantly knew I wanted something like it in Crew. If this isn't possible, at least give us the ability to add some of the race mode theme stuff, like race walls, props etc. Hobbies could make a return (though they kinda bored me) They could buff the treasure hunt system, by adding new boxes that aren't for parts but rather a XP/Bucks booster that lasts for say 5 hours. Every 5 hours a few new ones spawn randomly, go explore and find them! Extra themed races like Crew2 NEEDS to come over, it was kinda silly to drop them all. Port over all those Flashback races etc for more fun. COPS - The map is so tiny and boring after awhile I feel it really needs some more incentive to drive around and play, these could also give more loot, titles etc To save them being the biggest gripe in the game, they should be a toggle on/off mode, that way it's not disturbing ppl who don't want it. And for gods sake FIX THE FKN WORLD UBISOFT. No pedestrians, traffic is still fkn aids, shit tonnes of the main buildings are the same colour. For such a small map it feels so dead and empty unless you are in the jungle where it's overloaded with foliage

The Grand Race is beyond unfixable. Got T-bones, rammed, side rammed, spinned out, rode on. Also the RGN is just bad. I just wish we had a race where the payout is $500,000 in 10 minutes.

The grand race is the only reason I play the game. The weekly contest rewards do not come close to how much I have to pay for the cars to participate so I do not play the summit at all. Also there are no online races to play with other people. I love this game and I even preordered it but it’s so boring and monotonous now. I don’t play anymore.

Definitely skipped last week as soon as I found out I had to buy a Bugatti for over $2M and the platinum reward was...french smoke

Whole heartedly agree. I paid for the exclusive edition of the game which includes cars each month for a year, but at this rate I don’t know if I’ll be playing for a year :( I really like the 2x XP and 2x money idea, cause the biggest turn off for me is the need to cash grind to even be able to play some of these summits. I just grinded $2.7 million in order to play last weeks as I didn’t have any of the cars. It was horrible, and I was left with only 1 day to actually play the summit with my new cars. And now I have to grind again to $1.2 million for this weeks. The money grind in this game is so slow, especially since they made parts farming harder. I don’t have a full set of “rich” parts. The current quickest money grind is the Hummer E-xpress race and I’ve done it so many mind numbing times. I love this game, but I can’t keep grinding millions of dollars for a measly shirt I won’t equip and a tire smoke that’s ugly as hell. Race modifiers would be a sweet touch as well! Maybe one that penalizes you for off-roading. or one that penalizes you for using the brakes forcing you to engine brake. Stuff that requires more driver skill and less dependence on parts that were farmed before the glitch was patched.

All I gotta say is this: 1) We need to make the summit about “driving” instead of “cheesing” with resets and perfected stats. Then maybe we’ll start to appreciate the competition. 2) What the hell did they do to Demo Derby?? Where are the heated lobbies of 8-10 battling it out in a ring?? Now, people can sit and camp on mountains until the end or something-like what is fun about that?? BRING BACK THE OG DEMO!

First month I played so much that I finished at level 167. Last month I finished at level 130. Right now, about halfway through this month, I’m at 16. That tells you how much I’m playing now. Playlists and challenges are done, platinum trophy earned. I have full legendary sets for Street, Hyper, Race, Drag, Drift and Alpha. I’m slowly working on Rally and Rally Raid but they haven’t been necessary. I have enough LP’s to keep the important attributes (money, XP, boost) upgraded and the event specific (skill, drift, Iron grip) can be fully allocated as needed. So why would I play beyond summits? Grand races can be a nightmare. Fun, sure, but after 3 or 4 I’m tapped. With over 20 million of unused cash (no reason to buy anything since I started the game with over 200 cars from the TC2) I’m just waiting for sone kind of life to be infused into the game.

After finishing all the playlists, I tend to only do the Weekly Summits. The Grand Races require a monthly online gaming subscription, and I cannot afford that subscription. Hell, I can't even afford to have YT's Premium subscription, but somehow, I'm Premium.

The one thing I wish they would do is ghost players cars in the grand races like they do in freeroam, nobody brakes for the corners.

In general, there is not enough variety/content in the game. As per usual, they underestimated the pace a lot of players go through their game, hence the fact that most of us have completed all 15 playlists (where they more than likely thought it would take us till Season 2 to do that) / The Grand Race might be fun for some, but a majority just finds it a ramming fest, which they'll play from time to time, but definitely not on a daily base / As you said, Summit rewards suck......which leaves us with grinding for gold parts and the RNG is tuned down by the devs big time, making it that you need 5-8h to get all sets on one discipline. With 14 disciplines in the game, that means a boring 2-3 weeks of grinding lootboxes, events, skills (whatever method you use) without being able to play something else, cause it's just not there (no new content has been added yet). / And there is also no reason to grind for money, cause we could import all vehicles from TC2. For all previous TC2 players, this game is just boring and no reason to even boot it up. (Some might not agree, but the import feature was the worst thing they coulda think of, imo. Starting a racing game with 500+ cars in your garage at launch doesn't give any incentive to play the game at all) And of course, due to small map size, there's also no reason to explore at all, we've seen every single road, cave, tree,..... by now, we know the map inside out after a few weeks in the game. (The mapsize was one of the biggest features in TC2, but also that they don't have going for them here). This was originally planned as a TC2 DLC and they just shoulda stick to that idea, TCM doesn't have enough content to be a stand alone game and justify the price for the game (I had more fun in TC2 one day this week, doing the new MAD skills and getting 2 gold parts from each of them, than i had playing TCM in the last month, doing the boring grind for gold parts) TCM is now, after 12 weeks, in the same state that TC2 has gone in 5 years !! (People will jump on once or twice a week and that's it)

i find it strange that people forget that these games (FH, TC etc) are open world game, we can roam around, gather and create events, do some role play like cops and robber and all that shit, you can also take photos, drift, learn to setup your cars instead of watching pre made setups etc... yeah the summit is trash, yeah i'm only 45+ hours in but i don't think we should forget that the main aspect of these game is supposed to be the open world one. i don't know if i expressed myself properly, if so i'll try to explain more if anyone is curious or want to talk about it.

Wait a sec... there's not a single challenge whre you actually need an exclusive TC2 car. The respective challenges can be done in the events where the cars are loaned anyway. So that's an invalid point. The only challenge that's fristrating ist the Retro Top Driver whre you need to get at least 15th place while using the Cobra 427, but it's actually bugged and you need to finish in first. Otherwise I totally agree. Also still... I'm having problems again joining races with my racing buddies (AGAIN!!!) . That sucks more than anything else. It's a slap in the face to play a game that has literally "crew" in it's name but denies you to build a crew. Also... we need to be able to form a crew/guild/clan (name it as you like). THAT would be a nice touch.

Tbh the entire reason i bought Motorfest was for Grand Race, i don’t even touch the other modes other than to get the engine audio swaps So yea, i really wish we’d get more variety in the GR, we only have 1 motocross race and boats don’t even have 1

I love the driving physics of this game, I love the graphics and the sound of the cars. I just cannot believe they launched with so little content that we are already recycling content for Summits. The rewards have been pretty poor, I didnt even bother with completing this week's summit because I just dont care about the rewards. I think they need to do a better job explaining what things do, like item descriptions for the engine swaps or the Visual Car Parts you can win. I find it stunning that they have things like boats, planes and Motocross bikes in the game but hardly have anything they can be used in. Its all incredibly dissapointing. I also believe that the PC version of MF is poorly optimized, there is no way with the specs that I have that the game plays so poorly.

Personally I think they should re work the summit keep the platinum grind but instead of weekly cosmetics we get a summit token for example this week we could get a nitro token to use in a special summit store so we can buy rewards and not worry about repeat rewards

i speak as someone who got into the crew franchise very late. i bought the first two crew games well after 1’s lifecycle finished and 2’s was at its height, but i haven’t touched 1 in forever and i was only very casually playing 2 because the amount of things in it was kind of overwhelming. as a result i missed a lot of summits and a lot of motorpasses and missed out on a lot of exclusive cars (even if they brought them back at a later date) and all of the crew-isms (shortcuts, glitches, just funny community things like that). it’s only recently i finished the grand finale event in 2, and i haven’t even 100%’ed any of the disciplines. it’s also only recently i started actually grinding for money and parts and parts sets after casually collecting things here and there with no more thought given to slapping top level parts with no regards to affixes and stuff like that. all this to say that, in terms of most of the community, i’m well behind in terms of cars, skill level, strategy, and experience. i swear the only reason i’m placing platinum in the most recent summits in 2 is because less people are playing it 😂 as a result, yes i agree that the summit rewards in motorfest need to get better, but i enjoy getting stuff i never got in 2 simply due to not playing 2 that much before.

I agree with what was said in the video. I will also add that for me it was a mistake to reduce the scale of the island, especially by The Crew standards. Although the island itself is great, the map size should be the same as in the TDU games. This would force the developers to increase the number of routes, which would automatically improve variety in every activity in the game. I hope that we will get a new location in some expansion, maybe Ibiza like in TDU2?

My issue is this is the biggest player base to hit the crew, as far as i know anyway, and the summit platinum is top 10k. Why are over 40 million players gonna sweat worse than a whore in church to try and get top 10k to only get knocked off last day because you cant play everyday because you have a life outside of games. It honestly sucks for someone who doesn't have time to play everyday. I haven't played in 2 weeks

I constantly see youtubers and players suggest more/better rewards in so many games as if it’s some silver bullet. It isn’t. It’s a band-aid to pad the player numbers. If the game is fun and innovative, people will play regardless of rewards, rewards is a crutch for games that have gone stale, we need to demand and expect more as consumers

I think one reason they're stinting on their rewards is that they don't want veteran players to acquire so much performance advantage that the newer players can't compete.

I have been playing the weekly summits and have NEVER even got close to ranking Platinum. I'm and average player work 65 hours a week I have NO time to grind let alone play. Having to get 150k+ in every event is just to make Gold is stupid forcing me to know I'll never get the top rewards as its filled with mostly content creators.

whats worse than needing a ' crew 2 exclusive vehicle'... is needing a crew 2 exclusive vehicle that are already exclusive rewards to summits....

so, i just started playing a few days ago, and i agree 100 percent. another odd thing ive found while playing grand races: handling. when im in the back of the pack, ie, last, my vehicle handles perfectly. as soon as i get close to another driver, i cant steer, my grip slides into the toilet, and i have to reset to course over and over. ive played games since the atari 2600, ancient, i know, so im not new to playing. ever since games required internet to play, ive noticed how everything from fps games, to racing titles, seem to have a sliding scale effect, based on how well or poorly you perform.

Most players don’t hop on just did the summit…we hop on just to drive around and chill

I get tons of gold parts, I’m going to run out of room for gold parts eventually. Just placing top 3 in Grand Race consistently will earn a gold part or multiple gold parts almost every time. Since the update 1st place is 3 gold parts. I just got my 50th win in Grand Race tonight. To me it’s an infinite play loop because it’s so competitive and fun. Looking at my 1st win compared to my 50th win on my channel I have improved drastically. Just stay patient and practice you will see results. Once you can place high in Grand Race consistently the Summits will be a breeze for you. I’ve gotten top 10,000 in Summit the past 3 weeks. To me Motorfest is racing game of the year by far.

My issue was I got to a week. I didn't have enough money to purchase the cars to compete and I'm a busy guy. I don't have seven hours a day to sit and grind to get the cash. I maybe have a half an hour to an hour gaming a day if I'm lucky a professional photographer and I also have a day job as well and a family, so my gaming time is restricted to maybe an hour at best if I'm lucky and there's no way you can grind for that amount of time and get the necessary cash to compete each week. I just think it is stupi this is the problem at Gran Turismo faced as well which is that you had to spend hours and hours to grind to get anything and that's not what came as want

I already have come to the conclusion that if they don't make like a massive DLC Map that's really cheap then nowones gonna be playing in a month's time, it needs to be cheap because the game itself was $100 something AUD btw

Only issue I face is trying to play with friends it won’t let us play and makes us get into races by ourselves and that’s annoying

As a casual-ish plaer I agree with most of what you said. I see a drop off in active players as it's easier to get platinum in summits with ~1.1mil points. Aside from better summit rewards, I'd suggest that reward tiers are based on score percentile, instead of a hard cut off at 20k best players. More variation in courses is a no brainer, but difficult with limited map. Why no boat sections in grand races?

Is anyone having crashes on this game and countless of other bugs like AI’S, freezes etc on ps4 or ps5? The crash error code starts with numbers 348. Anyone having this ?

You can't use the legendary parts in the Grand Races?!?!😮 I worked so hard,nearly 200 Hours for partly nothing?I can't believe. My biggest goal was to use these parts in the Grand Races when I buy a subscription. I am speechless man,thank you for this post,I really appreciate it!😀

People should be coming back to the game because they're having fun, not because of the FOMO. Sure, Summit rewards needs to be more interesting, but it shouldn't be THE reason for people to come back. Personally, having a PvP mode similar to the one in TC2, true crossplay, and a reworked parts RNG would encourage me to play more

I think straight up PVP like Live Battle in The Crew 2 would do the job for some time until they come up with something else to add. Also, they need to fix their servers... been trying to get the "The Crew Too" achievement for months and each time it kicks someone from the race.

The one thing that they need to do is to have more events worth more just because most of the time you grind for like 6 hours just to get enough money just to get like 2 or 3 cars they need more reliable and rewarding races so people who play can access them more frequently and have more time to do other thing besides just grinding 😅

I'm hooked on this game solely for its Grande Race mode. It's an adrenaline-fueled PvP racing extravaganza that's all about skill and strategic takeouts.

Heres my issues with the game 1. XP in events needs to be raised i dont want to be on the game basically all month 8 hours a day just to reach level 100 if i decide i want to grind events instead of only playing the grand race no wonder people abuse the skills for xp 2. We need more variety in track layouts too many are high speed tracks which in time im hoping they do 3. they need to fix the loot drops it takes way too long to get a full part set the game does not want to give you that one last part even if you recalibrated your purple parts Side note. Seperate street tier 1 and 2 after you max out both there is no need to share parts anymore and it makes parts grinding even more tedious than other classes I still enjoy the handling and see great potential in the game so i hope they can make game more engaging and rewarding than what it is right now

Another problem Ivory tower needs to fix is the session connection issues. I'll join a lobby and it will say I have 0/7 people in my session and when I invite a friend to my crew it says he's in my crew but never shows up in my lobby. Very hard to even just free ride with friends

Went back to Horizon 5. It's the only playable racing game for me on Xbox at the moment.

I wish they would change how your cars get deleted on the crew 2 if you transfer them over, they could easily just implement a feature that gives you duplicates of your cars in motor fest, because I want to transfer my cars over from the crew two into the crew motor fest but I still want to be able to go back and play the crew 2 with all of my cars

The things that pissed me off the most is that the Grand Race and Demolition Derby are the Only multiplayer modes, there are not even standards multiplayer races modes. The most expensives cars requires grinding the game a ton to get money and the handling who is way too floaty. I have way more fun in Forza Horizon 5.

One of the things that a lot people dont even know about is Car Meet competition, its the same as summit but with cars and rewards are actually cool. Its easy to get Platinium cuz noone uses them and you get New Bodykits Wheels etc

i have platinum rewards from the crew 2. Every month you can win a special car, so you can care about platinum only once a month

I’ve been hyped to have game like forza horizon on playstation finally, and after couple of weeks it’s just so boring. No single player content after finishing playlists, and there’s so many activities they could add! Just look on other racing games, not hard to introduce something to keep people entertained… Summits are pointless, spending ton of cash for cars and rewards are garbage. Pvp not my cup of tea, however more game modes with skilled based matchmaking would bring some fun and more enjoyment for worse players like myself.

Is anyone else having the same old problem where you cannot get with your crew? When I try to screw up with people, we end up in different servers and have a hard time rolling in events together. I know this was fixed for a week or so but it came back after their last update I believe. Anyone else having this problem?

This game was over quickly . It was supposed to be an add on to the Crew 2 but Ubi Soft decided to make it a full game & it fell short of completing the task to satisfy the fan base... I believe the game is on sale now . Smh

Currently the issue of motorfest is that they stretching the lifespan of current content (or the lack thereof) far too long. If they got the care of what tc2 has been for the last few years, I actually believe that this game has much greater potential than its predecessor.

I went into TCM with bright eyes but having completed all the playlists(which like, why am I buying a car I don't get to use more than once in some cases? [Lamborgini Muria as an example]) it hasn't proven to offer much post-game as some of the challenges take way too long for the right conditions to come up, like the nightly drives from the temple to wherever it was, drive x distance in a storm, drive 74.1 miles in the EQS Silver Arrow(Why? It's tedious and boring.) and why grind in TCM for cars when I can go back to TC2 where I have a few maxed kits for Bucks and just grind there where it's faster and easier to get full legendary kits? Also the Summits suck in TCM. As of yesterday I was in Plat for the Mad Summit and haven't ranked for the European Summits this month because all there has been outside of the Jag is vanities that I can probably get in TC2 and have it in both games when it shows up in that game's shop. Another thing is, whh can't we rapid transfer parts in TCM? It makes things so much easier for event grinding and when Summits require specific cars.

Another issue that I would like to add is the game constantly crashing. The developers did release an update, claiming to have fixed it, but it still constantly keeps crashing

I would love to see the option to race online in the normal playlist races, almost how unbound did it. I can race custom bots, playlist or online where it would have a small match making time and put whoever is searching at time same time as me in my race and fill the rest with bots, or even send out an invite to a certain amount of lobby's

The funniest part about rewards is you haven't even played The Crew 2 and agree these are bad. Almost all these rewards were already rewards in TC2 summits

I wish they bring TC2 contract system back (small daily challenge that reward CC) as I pretty much have zero motivation to play TCM, apart from spent few hours on summit once a week. Even the summit is getting old pretty fast, like if you use the meta car and/or know the shortcut or reset exploit spots, it's an easy platinum. I wish they design the level/checkpoint to reward player with just driving skill, which probably never happen as it be like this since TC2

3rd weekly summit is what I normally aim for because for the past its the summit that offers exclusive cars. For the rest im fine with silver or gold as long as I get the $ or legend points.

This game definitely wont last more than a year or 2 with a map this small. And is just glimpse of what we will see in crew 3 It makes the most sense since this game is very limited and especially how long crew 2 lasted

Also, for those who imported their cars from Crew 2 to Motorfest, there's nothing to go for except the summit car...and that's only once a month

The Crew Motor Fest has been one of my favorite racing games in A very long time, although I love the handling and the new map, I’m also pretty disappointed with the car varieties I never seem to understand why we could never have a BMW M3 that’s four doors instead of the same repetitive car list that they keep giving us. I would love to see more culturally iconic Cars in this game. Bring back houses we need extra quality-of-life items in the game for us to stay. A lot is missing with this game and I know we could fix it.

Yeah I’ve already checked out. I had a ton of fun at first but then over time got super bored. The map feels extremely small compared to the Crew 2. The weekly Summit is also super boring. Most of the rewards are corny, silly, or stuff I’d never use. Certain Playlists were pretty cool and I enjoyed them for what they were, but there are some that are just a straight slog to get through. I had to mute the voices just to get CARA to shut the f*** up. And this is more just a massive annoyance but in free drive, I f***ing HATE those A.I. racers that can ghost through everything or come at me head on. It’s so hard to see a civilian car mixed in a pack of racers sometimes.
