Rukia may have low damage but rukia also has low cooldowns so that explains her low damage And her cooldowns would be way longer if she dealer more damage so I'd say she has high dps

Rukia can only use her bankai form. If she moves or attacks in it she has the risk of breaking apart because of how cold she gets.

In my opinion, if you used to play as a wintertime spec, you will get good at Rukia cause these two are mostly good at stun and wintertime is way harder to use than Rukia.

The cost is so high for Rukia that it made fighting Ethrixrost a better obtainment method, really wish they add bosses on the upcoming events 🗣

I don’t know much about bleach but from doing some testing on Rukia moves, that the dash isn’t a teleport or a dash it more like a speed buff but on mobile I noticed that it sometimes inconsistent in the distance and even gives normal walk speed, and it doesn’t give s so do not resort to using it to dodge attacks by using Rukia’s dash and if you lag during the dash you will just get a free speed boost from testing
