Frozen 2. Better writing and character development. People saying Elsa should've stayed is weird to me considering she never wanted to be queen in the first place.

@@branchk When you think about it, Anna wasn't frozen for as long as else was in the first movie. So it would make sense for her to die then rebirth as the fifth spirit
This makes frozen seem so dark, makes sense if she died and became the fifth spirit, hope we get a frozen 3 to five deeper into this. Great channel btw
If you think about it, Anna died too. She was also frozen(no pun intended lol) so both of them died and came back to life. One became queen, the other became an elemental spirit.
She isn’t dead. Yes she died for a few minutes that’s why Olaf vanished too. But they both came back to life. Elsa is just the fifth element. Her look is what she did to herself during her song “Show Yourself” where she fully embraced her true self as being one with the elements
Elsa isn’t dead. She became the 5th spirit after they broke the dam. She decided to stay in the woods after that. She didn’t want to travel that long way for a few hours. Actually, Elsa is the bridge between spirit and mortal world. That was her destiny. She can speak to the spirits and act as a peacekeeper between both worlds while simultaneously guarding the forests in which they inhabit. Plus, Elsa and Anna do speak near the end, lol. Elsa tells Anna she's the newly appointed queen because she decided to stay behind.
If you listen to what Elsa read the letter, Anna told Elsa to come to Friday night party. This mean that she can still come out from the forest and still alive. The reason that she didn’t come to Anna’s coronation because she’s on her duty of protecting the forest after it just free from the fog for a really long time.
That's because Anna didn't know Elsa died and Elsa didn't want Anna to know she died that's why she gave that excuse cos she can't come out from the spirit world.
not just that, if the bridge separates spiritual world from the real, how can other people can live there, is that mean all the society that lives with elsa is dead
She looks exactly same as she was before getting freeze....And THERE WAS NO CORONATION CEREMONY OF ANNA...The ceremony that happened, was dedicated to their parents' statue...And if you noticed that in the letter Anna asked Elsa to come on Friday night for charades...and she was going for that....And I think this change in Elsa is because she has no longer this question in her mind that from where she got all these powers and now she knows that she is the bridge between the four spirits and the humankind. And if you notice in the song "Show Yourself" she says I AM FOUND just after the transformation, which indicates that she got answers to all her questions...
No she didn’t get reborn. She was UNFROZEN when the truce bridge was destroyed, thanks to Anna. After unfreezing, she fell into water and the water spirit saved her. Later, she goes to stop the flood from destroying her home. Rewatch it and don’t look to google for answers. Dodos
@its_ivanmars and that could also be another reason why anna became queen. usually the reigning king/queen has to die in order for the kingdom to be passed on to their sibling or children.
Ok but, in the 1st Frozen movie, Anna also freezes over completely before Elsa shows her act of true love and unfreezes her. So in the same sense, when Elsa freezes over, Anna's words "I love you" float across the wind and reaches Elsa. Ultimately unfreezing her as well. If Anna was "brought back to life" in that manner, I don't see how Elsa can be dead if also brought back by that same act of love. Note this is just my opinion, I'm not putting down your theory. Honestly it's interesting to see how all of our minds function and formulate thoughts and ideas differently. 😊
Elsa did NOT make an act of true love. ANA made the true act of love for Elsa instead of going to the guy to save herself. Ana was the real hero of the movie. Elsa although cool and powerful is simply the sister that couldn't keep it under control just has powers. She is NOT the hero.

Olaf drifted away because Elsa was Frozen,like dead. Olaf drifted away because Elsa started to Froze witch makes her lose her ice powers and everything that was made from her ice powers so thats why olaf started to fade away

Fun fact: Disney was originally going to kill off Elsa, which is why she wasn't present at the coronation. Edit: I really don't want to be that person, but MAMA I'M FAMOUS!!!! Edit 2: Yes, you guys, I know Elsa was guarding the forest in the second movie! Before the script was finished, Disney was planning on killing Elsa off but decided not to a little bit past the script-writing stage because of the dark ending, so Disney decided to have Elsa guard the Enchanted Forest instead.

She's not dead , if u watch the full movie you will see that the forest will have lots of wildfires by that creature , and she's the only one who has ice powers that can stop the fire so she has to stay there to protect the people that stays in the wild , just in case there's another fire. Elsa is not dead, omg! She is the fifth spirit living in the Enchanted Forest. She communicates with Anna all the time using Gale and at the end she's even going to Arandelle to play charades with Anna and the others. She's not dead, people!! 🙄
Yep, cause now elsa is the 5th spirit which means the special spirit which her parents was trying to realize but they died in the way. Then, the voice gave the way and now elsa is the 5th spirit.
Everything is given away when olaf fades away. Instead of just turning into a flurry and scattering, his flurry was transported to a safe place. Gale knew that Elsa would be back after the bridge was destroyed. Elsa became just like the other spirits once she entered and stepped on the snowflake looking thing, changing her appearance. I mean, come on... Gale sends msgs between Anna and Elsa but not because she can't leave. Not only does Elsa say she was coming to the castle Friday for charades she also recieves the msg in the forest so she can leave atohollan(sp). She had a death like experience by freezing but she had already accepted the power at the glacier so...she had taken her full power. She froze but she's the ice spirit itself now. Once her quest was done she was released by the magic that had frozen her and in all her icy glory she saved the town.

I have relapse remitting spastic Multiple Sclerosis so when I explain things especially online I try to be as detailed as possible. With my MS symptoms sometimes I gloss over, think I've said something where I haven't, or some other things that make what I say not make sense. So this is what I do. When people write too long I usually just ignore it because why waste time on it.
But since Olaf is alive that means Elsa must also be alive because Olaf is connected to Elsa as in the movie we have seen that when Elsa was about to die then Olaf also seems to have died If we talk about dress, then even in Frozen 1, Elsa's dress has changed and it has also happened in Frozen 2. In my opinion,whenever something new happens or she does something new, she changes her dress to show her confidence maybe ,at that moment she may be helping them all to settle down. Well 😅this was my observation 😊
Elsa does die in Frozen 2, but is not dead for long, frozen like a statue before being saved by Anna. Elsa's journey to Ahtohallan reveals her as the fifth spirit and exposes a dark family secret involving her grandfather.
Elsa died in Ahtohallan so she can take her mother's place as the fifth spirit. Thats how Iduna was able to call the spirits and save Agnar and seal the forest. She was the original 5th Spirit. Elsa was blessed with her powers because of her mother's gift.
@@1whowasNEVERhere that's why she was allowed to escape because the 5th spirit is the spirit of life which controls all the other spirits. You can see Iduna playing with the spirits in the deleted scenes when she was a child.
I agree with all the others that are saying that Elsa is not dead. There are many facts that pointed to her still being alive especially the ending one where Anna sends a message to Elsa telling her that she’s invited for charades. Why would she be invited if she can’t go which only supports that she is still alive
The reason she wasn’t there at her coronation was because she was the queen of the spiritual world now and it’s only the elements that’s makes it spiritual no one died and she looks the same
Didn't you noticed that when Anna told the soldiers to help her get the earth giants attention, she said" my sister risked her life". She knew that when olaf faded away, it has a connection with what's happening with Elsa.
@@branchk What I meant was that if Elsa is dead, even though she unfroze, (there is a disorder where you think someone whose dead is still alive) Anna has to be as well.
She is not dead cause when Anna broke the bridge with the help of those stone golems,Elsa melts just like in part 1 Anna melts from the ice, and then Elsa fell into the water then her enemy horse help her to get her out of the sea. That's why Elsa is not dead🎉
I would say that this point is valid.. Why is because since its a kids movie, they didn't want to kill the dreams of all the little girls knowing their beloved character is gone.. Remember what happened to Jack Frost in the Guardians movie? He died when trying to save his sister.. but was reborn again in Spirit form with a purpose.. being what he was.. For Elsa's case, she was reborn again in spirit form to serve a purpose.. which was to watch over her sister and the people of her city. Her sister, Anna, who takes her place as queen... knowing that Elsa's gone ofcourse.. sends letters to her beloved sister in the wind... as her way of console or comfort.. like as if you are talking to your loved ones tombstone grave.. hence telling them all the changes that happened since they have been gone... She of course reads it because in spirit, its possible to do so... because in physical form, it would just be in some random location dampening from moisture on the ground.. So in saying this in the most simplest way possible.. "Spirits can only become spirits through death.. nothing more.."
I wouldn't like it for her to die.. But when seeing or noticing something it could have been possible that she died rather if she did or didn't. It's an animated movie.

My theory is that she, just like Anna in Frozen 1, came back to life after Anna did an act of true love. Anna broke the Dam, a sacrifice for her because it would destroy her hometown, but she still did it to honor the sacrifice of her sister who died on that mission. So, by doing that, Anna saved her. They are both alive, but living different resolutions
I still can’t understand how in Frozen 1 Elsa made it so fast to the top of that mountain (walking) while Anna took hooooooours to make it there even tho they were riding a sled and she had a horse for the first part of that trip (I know they got sidetracked a lot but still) haha it bothers me so much every time I watch it
She ain't dead Well as we know that both their mother and father were the prince and princess of different kingdoms and they met during the war or like when their mother saved the father they fell in love now we got to know that the mother's whole family tree had powers which were inherent by Elsa when they got to know about this they were hella shocked and at the end we see anna ruling their father's kingdom whereas Elsa ruling their mothers And as for Elsa freezing she was like trying to unfold the mystery of that voice of the wind but she was later saved by Anna AND SHE IS NOT DEAD

Guys- its not shes a dead spirit. she has ice powers, and thats the spirit they're missing, so she has to be the spirit, otherwise they wouldn't have it. Plus, shes now the queen of the enchanted forest so maybe she had her coronation too. And if not, its because she has to stay with her kingdom, if its for a day or two that would be better then just a few hours. and it wouldnt be worth the horse going back just to go get Elsa a few minutes later

Elsa didn’t die, during “Show yourself” she had gotten her hair down and she got a new dress, and she got unfrozen. And in the end, the letter states to come to arendelle for a game night, clearly showing she is still alive. Amazing theory but we all agreee, she didn’t die ❤️

Elsa did “die” so to speak but came back to life when Anna caused the earth spirits aka the rock monsters to break the dam. But when she came back to life, she became the immortal 5th spirit between the two worlds and can still be seen and touched in the physical.
I think you need to watch the movie again, it is clearly stated that both anna and elsa are the bridge between their people, elsa did what she thought it was best for the kingdom while staying with her mom side protecting the forest, also 🤔 she did hug both kristof and anna so she isnt dead
