Yes that is very true vehicle usually don't hold their value, unless it's something unusual. I'm sure that the price on your home will only go up in value each year, but why do you think that is the case? Probably so the county can charge you more property taxes ever year🙁 ...it would make no sense for it to depreciate, unless it was abandoned. I'm guessing your taxes are outrageous
@@rvpandamonium here in WA State cost of living is skyrocketing and I hear that’s happening all over. After 2020 many Republicans moved out of here because this Governor Inslee was tyrannical. A billionaire was buying up homes for more than they’re worth then renting them out. That caused property values and rent to go way up quickly. I could rent this house for $1500/mo. My property taxes are about $340/mo and go up annually. There’s a popular Highschool out here that keeps building more every year. I could rent a room out or two if necessary but that would be a last resort.
I believe the blue cap by the door is the def fluid fill. The mounts in the bunk beds are for tablets. The microwave was a convection oven combo, that's why there was no oven. I like it but I agree with you, giant slides are risky unless you have the extra income for their maintenance.
This one is just about perfect. That lower bunk would be great for a dog bed/lounger! Much better layout and less wasted space than the last one you showed us. I would follow you shopping anywhere. You make it fun, informative and interesting.
I like it! But a few questions.......I know your channel is about travelling around, but for the price of a new rv, why not build something permenant on your land? Maybe incorporate a change, at some point in your life you won't be able to travel forever, and it seems its always to the same places over and over again. I think it would be interesting watching a new series on your channel based on building a home on your property. Your property is awesome with so much to learn about, but you are hardly ever there!
I do still enjoy traveling, and that's what I plan on doing for now, but yes I do have plans for the future at the property 🏡 although.. it may be a structure for parking my RV because honestly, I'm not interested in living in a regular home any longer 😊👍
Hey beautiful lady..hope all is going well..My biggest question is can you get to the kitchen/fridge area when the slide is closed..? BIG hugs and Happy Pride..Susan and Karen
❤❤ however with the weight of everything inside and stuff one would add also. I bet it is very costly to drive at this moment. It is nice for sure. I do like your RV better.❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
I didn't like the couch on the side of the tv, you'd get a sore neck watching from that angle. They did have an oven, it was in the convection microwave, If no children, the first thing to do is remove the bunks and make an office space. IF company comes to visit, they can sleep on the couch and being uncomfortable wouldn't over stay their visit. The cab over would be filled with more stuff along with underneath. The more storage you have the more you 'accumulate'.Something that large would not get into a lot of spots also.
For full time, I would miss having an oven. I'd take the top bunk out and have a nice guest space OR take the bottom bunk out and have an editing space away from the living space OR take both bunks out and do something cool there....... LOL not a fan of the bunks, am I? Love all the windows!!
A big rig motor couch, is real truck cost 100.00 per hour to work on them, and no this is not a Diesapusher, it a conventional style truck chassis , that is what they are called ok, don’t say it wrong, all but the camper parts , are freight liner big rig stuff ok, the tires are 400.00 dollars each, so do run over stupid stuff to hurt tires, lol the RU-vid is paying you real good , to be able to look at one of these, C motor coach, thanks BigAl California.
Those claustrophobic bunks you pointed out is how a lot of people live in Hong Kong. Just a bare light bulb and NO TV. Many bunks to a room!! National Geographic.
Super C title doesn't have any thing to do with inside. Super Cs start at 36 feet and are built on a diesel commercial truck chassis. Freightliner custom is the division of Freightliner that builts motorhome chassises.
That’s not a diesel pusher the motor is in the front Freightliner m2 had a lot of problems I would stay away from them just saying it’s your dime enjoy
Folks look at and dream about owning a rig like this but they are just about the biggest headache you will ever buy, houses are now supposed to be driven down the road!
Oh man I loved this one because it has a big fridge with freezer and the fact that it comes with washer and dryer! Love the stove because it's so easy to keep clean too. The big window in the bedroom is fantastic. I really like this one. The shower is really nice as well and the bathroom isn't cramped. LOVE IT!! Love you Ausia and Moo Moo. Stay safe. Thank you for taking us along. OH, I really think MOO MOO would love this rig as well.
Did you win the lottery?? If so, congratulations! If you really are buying PLEASE get an independent inspection. We know you're an RV expert and seasoned veteran but get an unbiased look at any rig you are buying.
Hey gorgeous ❤❤❤. First thing I want to ask you when the last time you saw your doctor? Sound like you are breathing heavy get your heart ❤ checked out don't want to lose you .2nd I don't mean to sound like an ass. ( blue cap DEF) On the new a diesel engine not only does it take diesel fuel it takes diesel exhaust fluid. That's the DEF blue boxes at the truck stop. A diesel pusher has the engine in the back. Diesel puller has the engine in the front. (FRED for short front engine diesel) A gain not try to be an ASS XXXX.
Not much of a hanging closet in the master, not much storage in the bathroom, I dont like the overhead-I would prefer cabinets there. TV in living area is poorly planned, that should be able to watch straight a head of the couch. A washer/dryer in a rig, unless you have hookups is useless as it fills up the gray tank fast. Don’t care for the bunks or a jack-knife couch is uncomfortable to sleep on. What I did like was that it is diesel(the blue cap is for DEF not for fuel), and the underbelly storage.
It's rough going from the cab into the RV part and back. Is too much cabinets taking up space. Need something more functional and durable. You want something with room but less maintenance and cost for repairs. You really need to be sure it's in good shape and don't need anything major? When take it in for repairs would have to go into a truck place rather than a car/light truck repair shop. It's probably a gas hog though.
It's very nice, but the price is also. I always like stained wood better than paint on cabinets. Can you use everything when the slides are in? Only you know what you want; decisions, decisions.🙂👍
I like this layout, but how much walking space is there when the slides are in. will you still be able to access the fridge? Since you have your french door all-in-one oven you don't need one in the rig. I would turn those bunk beds into an office area.I like the cabinets in this one better than the last as well.
No pantry, for such a large rig it was lacking in kitchen storage space. The large fridge is nice but a smaller one would be just fine for 1 person. On the other side the outside storage is a plus.
First it's escape the winter...Now it's escape the Hot summer...Yet She lives in the 🏜 desert...Why live in the desert if you can't handle the weather 😀 make it make sense😃😁🤷♀️
Am I missing something here? Isnt that RV like really, really, really expensive? I mean i wish the best for you and especially Moo Moo (I Love that Pup) but did someone hit the Lottery or something? Im very happy for you if you came into a pile of cash. This is the first ive heard of it though. Just Wonderin'!
There is a super c a little smaller than the integra. Made by thore..called the omnie bigger than your..it's on a Ford f600 chassis with a duramax diesel ⛽️ it's 4x4...plus there is a super c 4x4 called a rebel.. maker slips my mind right now..5am brain doesn't work well..😮
I can definitely see you in a Super C Ms Ausia. I absolutely love my 5th wheel, but if I was to ever change it would be for a Super C. Just so versatile and the size just feels right 🤣 ok yes that does sound bad but oh well 🤣🤣. We only get one shot at this thing called life Ms Ausia, if you want and it fits you i say go for it. Just think then you can tow Mr Jeff's Class B behind that beast 😂😂just kidding.......kind of😁
Please don't kill me, but for a quarter mil I expect a sleek, modern interior, not something that could be from 1978. They didn't even integrate the refrigerator! And don't get me started on the outside graphics. What kind of disorienting mess is that? I'm not sure even you could save it :)
Was wondering if maybe you could get the bunk set area modified for a study or computer area. Seems a waste of space for those of us with no children. It is huge though! I would never feel comfortable with that huge rig, but I know you could handle it Ausia! But for 250k+, the bunk area seems wasted.
It was really nice ,the washer and dryer was so awesome that was a plus to me the bunk beds well it’s ok if you have kids but it was really nice looks expensive 😉 give Moo Moo. Big hug for me❤👋
yes. its a beautiful rig, but do you really need all of that? your just 1 person. it would be a bitch in traffic. higher expense in gas and maintenance. tires alone will be over 2k. only thing that would be nice to have is washer and dryer. just my thoughts.
Hi Ausia! You, of course are free to do what you want, but buying an expensive rv will bankrupt a person. My vote- don't do it. You already have what you need.
All I can say is a big, WHY something so big? Ostentatious and so Very Very Look at ME, Look at ME. I just do not understand. For somebody with more 💰💰💰💰 than sense? New RVs are all getting really really bad reviews, for construction, other issues with anything and everything. If I had the money, no way would it be being spent on anything like that. So restricted in where you can take it, fit it. It just makes no sense to me. Sorry Ausia!. Just my opinion after my 6 yrs fulltime experiences😊 👍👋 💌 🙋♀️🚐 🌏🧭
It's FLAWLESS. U don't need the oven. Is it super insulated? They should be so well insulated with the best lightweight aero space station honeycomb materials. WHEN U SAID IT WAS HOT inside, that was your first clue. It's a typical over 200 gs of ALUMINUM,PLASTIC HYBRID. THE KIDS BUNKS were cages. That's a no. That overhead area is a waste. Yes the large WIndows that are usable are a winner. Slide-outs are scary. Ur stuck if it breaks while open. Keep looking...luvv these .. thanks.
I have an Entegra Esteem (21).. I love it. Not the super C.. but similar inside. Nice living space. Rig has been good to me. Just installed Safety-Plus.
It is a nice rig Ausia. Did I miss the price? I love the exterior color combinations. It looks spacious and comfortable! I like it , but am sure that the price will scare me!!!

Wow, what a beast! I love it! I would definitely consider that RV if I had the money to spend on it, even though I realize RVs aren't meant for full-time living. I don't like that there was no oven, however. I'd have to fix that. Lol. I realize that would be sacrificing the storage space under the stovetop, but whatever. Everything is a trade-off, it seems. Lol. Having said that, I don't need such a big rig myself, so I wouldn't want to be living in this by myself. There's definitely enough room for two people, though. 👍
Nice rig 🙂 I’ve seen some new Super C’s and the price on them would make you want to 😭. Why do all the nice things got to be so darn expensive lol. If you do decide to get a new rig just make sure it has space for Princess Moomoo she needs her comforts too 😂
Boy that thing is a beast Ausia. I wouldn’t have any use for the bunkbeds that would be just wasted space but I like the layout. I would miss my oven because I do use it. ❤
That's a lot of money, it could buy a prefab house for the property....then again, you could probably find a super c used at a much better price...and maybe a cheaper prefab? Fun to look anyway. 😁😁😎😎👍👍
Hi Ausia, The Super C, I'm Not sure it's for you, take into consideration the cost, and upkeep.... The price of everything isn't going to drop that significantly to award getting this Super C......But if it's what you want or need, We might not be able to plan ahead for too many years to make this happen for you or the rest of us so enjoy.
Well I certainly wouldn't turn it down if they gave it to me! But Wow I bet that thing is expensive! I love freightliner. They are dang good trucks! That overhead area would make a great herb garden space for someone who doesn't own property.
