Still remember the game in GM where I pushed the payload for about a checkpoint and a half on Numbani before anyone noticed 😂 I literally got the checkpoint and they still only noticed me when they were coming back from spawn😭
I was in plat 1 and playing sombra. My team was being held at spawn so I pushed the payload from the 3 point all the way to the end and we won. The enemy team realized after we already won.
this happens more in the higher ranks i believe, i'm master 2 and this kind of situation occurs a lot when a team fight is taking place, there will be someone flanking in the backline and capture the win like this
no Im GM and in masters people are either good or they troll and this happens in those lobbies but people have better awarness in gm it rarely ever happens.
Yeah it comes in waves it feels like. Sometimes lower ranks will be hyper vigilant to avoid C9 and will hard counter a lot while higher ranks will get tunnel vision and ego rage
Man there was this one match where my team was getting dominated and a Sigma and Reaper main both used there alts on my team at the same time I swear it was a massacre after that
I remember the enemy team holding us at a certain part of the map where we cant get thru to push the payload and the payload was so close to the end and i pushed it by myself while they were busy fighting
as a main tank that would never pass with me i alway keep an eye on the objective gui when im holding close to point payload ect i can't believe that pass at this high rank that was smart ngl wait the ultimate sounds to hide the sound but im surprised that pass at this rank :o
Lol i made diamond a couple times in OW1 but now i cant even throw my matches to get below plat. Im actually just stuck bouncing between diamond and masters
@yesyes1k no in overwatch 1 they were already GM and will probraly still be, Plat is the new GM and gold is basically diamond, gold 2-plat 4 is the new masters
@yesyes1k C9s can happen In a any level of play, my point with this message is that old gold players have been shifted into diamond, the diamonds have been shifted up to GM or high masters so now diamond is gold, people will have 0 awareness in higher ranks and c9 could happen, as I said it depends if the enemy's can get there in time, But it can also be if the enemy team Is distracted, in higher levels of play you focus on the game and you wouldn't usually think you are gonna get C9'd So it can happen
@yesyes1k idc if ur diamond, I got to GM from the inflation and was Plat before it, by "Diamond is the new gold" I mean every person in diamond was gold before they got to diamond. and if they didn't rank up from inflation they are terrible
