Quick comment on discipline: Analyzed all NBA games yesterday morning with my Excel spreadsheet, a bit hungover. Mistakes were made, but luckily did ok. Lost all my daily results tracking for past 3 days, lost modified formulas for daily research spreadsheet + made a few wagering mistakes (missed out on wins that my reasearch said to take). Spent all morning putting everything back together. Bottom line, have a clear head to be focused before engaging in this. Learn from mistakes - If you're not feeling up to it, skip a day. Easy to say when your not losing over and over and over. Single legs 2-3 leg parlays doesn't matter. Wether I do 2 leg parlays or 10 leg sgp lottos.. always lose by 1 leg or 1 point or 1 yard

It’s a very frustrating experience to be up $350 one day and the next day be down to $134 but it’s all about bankroll management and that’s what’s hard for me is to stay disciplined I love this though so I gotta learn

I'm from South Africa and new to the Channel. Keep it up w/ the content. My currency is ZAR but for the sake of decision I would use USD. At some point I had a bankroll of USD 2 400. Withdrew USD 2 000 and kept USD 400 as my bankroll. I built it up to USD 1 600 with the aim to repeat USD 2 400 but I lost half of it due to bad luck. I am trying to improve my wins and this is the reason why I joined this channel.

OK, this was helpful.I liked and subscribed because your info was direct.The part about reviewing my losses was something I'm gonna look at immediately as my bank roll that I started out with was $1250.Now after a horrible week leading up to the NFL divisional and including going 1 for 3 in NFL, I'm now sitting at $550.Really liked how you were not saying to go and open up new accounts to receive sign on bonuses!

Parlays are the root of evil in sports betting and for your bankroll because when you win a parlay you'll be chasing that hit over and over again there was a point where I had my bankroll at $4,000 off a weekend of insane parlay hits so I started doing single plays and parlays everything was going great till I hit another big parlay then I lost 7 parlays in a row so I decided to go all in on a couple games I really liked it failed and I ended up withdrawing at $800 if I could go back in time definitely just do single bets I hope this message saves one of your bankrolls I'm currently working on building my bankroll back doing single bets

Good advice here, you may be on the right side of the bet but you have a loss..if there is a rematch you would win 9/10 times..lost once on a hockey game where the team that lost out shot the team that won by over 20 shots...stay the course do your homework.

I know you do not like Parlays but I’m your opinion which is better to build back bank roll. 3 straight bets or 2 straight bets and the third bet a parlay of those 2 bets.. For me the positive of this strategy is that your two single bets win your third is a bonus but of course the negative is if one of your single bets lose you also lose the 3rd

Parlays are not a strategy for building a bankroll. The books make the vast majority of their money from parlays and that should tell you all you need to know. They could be useful for an advanced bettor who has nearly unlimited bankroll and a proven long-term win% of 55% or better. You have to be able to ride out a lot of bad losing streaks and if you can't you will lose everything. Win 55% of your first 1000 straight bets to prove to yourself you have an actual advantage. Parlays just effectively blow up your betting volume. You can win faster if you have an advantage and deep pockets. And you you can lose faster if you don't. I've been down that road. Of course if you are really good at handicapping a certain market then treat yourself to some parlays for entertainment value only not serious bankroll management. I used to like to take 20 dollars from each paycheck and do a 6 bet parlay on NBA games. At 40:1 odds I hit a few 800.00 payouts which was fun and if I lost 20 bucks? Well who cares- it was basically 2 trips to Arby's.

savings account makes money it doesnt just sit there. I recommend just putting 5% to gambling if you need a budget. Dont take the whole 20% out thats stupid. Its smart to have a budget for betting if your gona bet, but bet safely.

Whats the process if lets say you had $250 but split over two or more betting accounts. would you do 5% of your overall bankroll regardless of how much you have saved up on one site or would you do 5% based on the site amount you have? (Example: one site has $150.00 saved up (so you would do $7.50 on this site/bet) and the other site has $100.00 ($5.00/bet))

5% of total bankroll. But this is honestly an agressive amount only appropriate in the beginnning. As he says, go down to 1-2% when you get over 1K.
