"This Is Exactly What We've Been Waiting For" Komi-san Ch. 411 & 412 

Forgive me but I hope this is a good summary since I only read 412 chapters I’ll update you when I read more so anyways. After season 2 which is chapter 129 season 3 starts which is 130 Komi is in a new year and she is somewhat more talkative, (but still can’t introduce her self in the beginning of the second year) and we’re introduced to a new character called manbagi Rumiko (that’s pretty much the only new character since all the characters in the anime is in her second year class) So, she’s a gyaru and everyone kinda avoides her because she has a lot of makeup on except Komi and Tadano. They befriend her and Tadano tells her she’ll be prettier without her makeup and a friendship is born between the 3 of them! (At this point Komi is still yet to be with Tadano or reach 100 friends) And then fast forward 50 ish chapters because remember most of the manga is fillers. (By fillers I mean happy moments and stuff, no progression whatsoever) In the anime there’s the first year summer festival which Tadano went with Komi, and now there’s the second. After most of komi’s friends went to the second year summer festival including Tadano and manbagi. Tadano and manbagi both went together around the place and this is the point where manbagi started developing feeling for Tadano after so many moments being with him. Tadano doesn’t realize this but then. Komi saw them having fun and that’s the first hint of jealously we see. Fast forward a few more chapters like 10 there’s a school play and theme is like some Romeo and Juliet type stuff Romeo being Tadano and Juliet being Komi they start practicing their roles and then a day or two later it’s done and then the play starts (romance stuff) and then at the end of the play Tadano has to say to Komi that he loves her and then fake kiss her (they couldn’t even fake kiss Tadano could only say I love you) play being over, manbagi being one of the spectator feels sad and leaves to the staircase. Komi sees this and for the FIRST TIME she actually starts being REALLY talkative because she realizes something is wrong, after talking, manbagi explains how much she loved Tadano and how she wants to be with him. (Okay but what am about to say first is that Komi’s feeling weren’t very shown at first until now) Komi then says she ACTUALLY LOVES TADANO?!? but manbagi says how Komi would be better for him and how much of a better match she is for Tadano. Komi then gets really angry because she wouldn’t want her friend to give up so easily and see her sad (they’ve been friends for a few months at this point) Komi then says that how manbagi would be better for him since she can’t talk much and on how she would be boring for Tadano. And komi believes that manbagi has a chance for Tadano even thought Komi likes him. AND NOW for my favorite part of this series THE LOVE TRIANGLE ARK!!! (Which lasts for 50ish chapters, idk but it’s a lot) they do all sorts of ways to get Tadano attention and flirt with him (Tadano can’t pick up the hints) after like 30 chapters of this manbagi then says she’s gonna confess to Tadano Komi DOES NOT likes this but supports her anyway so komi friends sets up the moment and then the two are finally alone. But then… manbagi gets cold feet and goes looking out for Komi because she feels bad, she sees her CRYING?!? I think crying or sad idk. But anyways, manbagi then apologized saying how she couldn’t confess to Tadano (Fast forward not too many chapters like 10 or less I think) it is chapter 299 (I remember know because I recently started reading it) manbagi says how she’s gonna confess to Tadano for Valentine’s Day, (yeah right) Komi also does not like this but supports her anyway. Tadano stays after school doing some stuff and now manbagi notices him in the classroom, nobody’s there so manbagi is just gonna give him chocolates just like how she gives some to her friends, instead of confessing right? WRONG, it is chapter 300, manbagi then walks up to Tadano and sits beside him she hands him the chocolate and he thanks her! She’s hesitant to tell Tadano but after a while… SHE ACTUALLY CONFESSES TO HIM?!? Tadano is EXTREAMLY surprised saying how he’s just an ordinary guy and how nobody would find him attractive. But then TADANO ACTUALLY SAYS YES?!? Manbagi is super flustered but then… manbagi ask this one question that would ruin the 5 minute relationship… she asks “are you really okay with this..?” Komi then flashes before Tadano’s eyes… he starts hyperventilating and says. “Am extremely sorry” because Tadano says HE’S IN LOVE WITH KOMI?!? manbagi is heart broken… but also happy at the same time Komi got a chance now! Manbagi supports this and tells Tadano to show his true feeling for her! (She is actually heart broken and starts crying which actually got me crying too because she’s so sweet 😭 and I couldn’t bear someone like manbagi crying) Apparently Komi friends which she is also friends with, starts comforting her. (This whole confession ark lasted for 2 chapters) so in chapter 303 Tadano goes to Komi’s house. Which Komi mom played a little prank pretending to be her saying “why would I have chocolate for you?” because just like in season 2 Komi was nervous to give Tadano chocolate and same thing happened in Valentine’s Day (chapter 299) Tadano then got super embarrassed that he was talking to Komi mom when Komi showed up just now. Which TADANO THEN CONFESSES TO KOMI AFTER 300 CHAPTERS Komi is flustered she couldn’t speak she didn’t say no or yes but Tadano could tell by reading Komi (I swear he has telepathy or something) Tadano then leaves because he was embarrassed. Oh and yes Komi did hand Tadano chocolate, fast forward some fillers (what I mean is Tadano and Komi bonding with friends nothing too important) ALSO THIS COMMENT TOOK ME 1 HOUR AM GONNA WRITE ANOTHER ONE EXPLAINING THE THIRD YEAR BECAUSE THIS WHIOLE COMMENT WAS JUST A SUMMARY OF THE 2ND YEAR!

Okay as I was saying everything from what am going to be talking about will be the third year (as of chapter 412 third year isn’t completed am gonna be reading all of the manga and writing a separate comment when am done) okay starting off from chapter 303 Tadano confesses and then we get some progression between the two and Komi makes even more friends she’s closer to 100 friends now as everyone in Komi 2nd year class put their names on Komi friends notebook which leaves her at 70 ish friends it is now the final days of the second year… chapter 320 something is when they are starting their third year! Which is also sadly their last year. Most of Komi friends are gone as they are not in the same class but atleast Tadano and Najami are there and that’s pretty much it (Komi update, as of the beginning of the third year Komi’s communication skills improved A LOT to the point where she can properly introduce herself to the whole class and Tadano still being Tadano lol) after Komi introducing herself, Tadano find out she isn’t popular (Komi never realized this except everyone else as everyone in the first and second year, everyone adored Komi) Tadano is then worried because he’s afraid that Komi will have a hard time making friends and so they do eventually making friends from that class. (Fast forward filler chapters, you already know) wait I forgot something were introduced to a new character called wakai which is basically like a second Tadano who is scared of talking to girls, (but he later overcomes that) chapter 340 beginning of third year (this character will be important later on) fast forward some fillers were on to LOVE TRIANGLE PT.2! 370 or 380 something there exams and now the top 50 get to go to summer camp (which will apparently be fun) Tadano and Komi get top 50 as well and some of her friends were introduced to someone VERY unsuspected… while they’re there they come across a girl named Kawai which sounds like Kawaii I think she goes to a different school because a different school is also there at summer camp. Which both schools are competing on whoever wins that school will I guess win and the other school will be shut down forever or something like that, which never happens) as I was saying, this girl named Kawai APPARENTLY TURNS OUT TO BE TADANO’S FIRST LOVE?!? If you don’t remember in ep 2 of anime or first few chapters of the manga. In middle school Tadano was trying to be all cool and stuff like that and Tadano confessed to Kawai but before he can finish she rudely declines saying how he’s pathetic. After that he becomes the Tadano we all know today, Tadano decided to be normal and how it’s stupid to actually cool and stuff like that. Anyways, apparently Kawai actually loved Tadano this entire time and she said how she did this for his own good and she said she felt really bad for rejecting him and wants him back. Well she said that to Komi at first and then she wanted to compete with Komi for Tadano even thought Komi never agreed to this, (they compete by whoever schools wins) at the final competition it’s like some answering game where you have to answer fast and know the answer. But after that they’re about to leave summer camp when Kawai then goes outside and Komi follows her, she then says how she feels bad about how she tried taking Tadano away from Komi (they were rivals at first but then it’s like somewhat of a friendship) but DANG does Kawai have the most depressing backstory of this manga she explains how she lost her parents at a young age by a car crash, she was neglected as a child since her care takers which were her relatives, didn’t know to take care of her since she didn’t wanna talk to them, and she had no friends (which actually made me cry a bit, I thought she was a b#### at first but then hearing her backstory and what am about to say, made me think differently about her) so anyways she goes more in depth on why she rejected Tadano saying how she wanted it for his own good. but the reason why she was completely sane until now is because she says how Tadano changed her life and whenever she thinks about him it makes her forget about all the bad stuff, she was devastated to reject him knowing it was for his own good, she says on how they first met when they were 4 years old when Tadano lend her a toy in a playground 💀 after that she couldn’t stop thinking about him and is saddened by the fact that Tadano now has a girlfriend (obviously Komi) Komi is stunned, Kawai then says “I still love him” that’s when Tadano appeared and he heard that (he didn’t hear all of what she was talking about before) Tadano then says how he used to love her and how she was pushing herself to hard just for him until now. Like 2-3 chapters she suddenly appears in Komi’s house saying how she wants to be Komi and Tadano’s wife (wtf 💀) this arc lasted for like 3 chapters saying on the percs on marrying her but then it got resolved because Tadano and Komi would better off be friends with Kawai. Like 3 chapters, bringing back wakai as he’s been a friend of Tadano friends since start of third year (blue hair guy and narrator dude, I forgot his other friends) he’s like some ordinary dude who plays soccer who sits next to manbagi in class (and yes after manbagi got rejected Komi said that they’ll still be friends no matter what, so Tadano and Komi are still friends with her) there’s this sortta friendship as manbagi is easy-going and wakai struggles talking to girls. Ahem, as I was saying, 3 chapters later there is apparently the third year summer festival so wakai gets courage to ask manbagi to go with him and she says yes! (Kawai also asks Tadano and Komi the same thing) then for like 1 chapter they start having fun and start talking?!? But then I think chapter 399 is when WAKAI ACTUALLY CONFESSES TO MANBAGI?!? She is also stunned I don’t know what happens next since I havent read the entire manga, but we’ve been left on hold on that for like 10 chapters bruh. And now, after the summer festival Tadano invites Komi again but just themselves instead of any other friends she says yes. Now on to the chapters I’ve read up until now CHAPTER 411 AND 412 HAS TO BE THE BEST CHAPTERS OF THIS MANGA AM NOT JOKING ITS SO SWEET 😭 So, by the time they go to the summer festival again it’s almost over, all stands are closing, and rain starts pouring in, as they have nothing else to do… BUT THAT DOESNT STOP THEM they just decide to walk around and have fun, AND THIS IS THE FIRST CHAPTER WHERE KOMI ACTUALLY SMILES AND IS LAUGHING AND HAVING FUN WITH TADANO?!? Mood then steps in they hold hands and then… KISS FOR THE FIRST TIME!!! AFTER 411 CHAPTERS and yeah that’s pretty much it I’ll update you when I read the entire manga in a few more days.
