They made the game alot better, it was so broken back then that every class can use bazooka, that is broken. Now the game is fix now weapons goes to its own specialists class, like bf4.

I admit the tanks were fun, but the helicopters and jets are a joke compared to BF4. Can you destroy an armored vehicle with a jet gunstrafe, or do you still have to fire 10 thousand shots to disable it?

How can you compare games that aren’t even in the same era? BF4 and 2042 is the only comparison

@@SacramentoNativ3 It is not about era. It is about map design and enviroment of the map. Look at the Wake Island, the map was first introduced in BF 1942 and people still play it in BFV. The maps in BF2042 just suck.

@@moldavchuk maps added at beginning ware very bad but new maps they add with each season are good. I hated bf1 and v but i loved bf4 and i have similar vibe in new bf

@@SacramentoNativ3 It's not about era. It's about the overall development style, atmosphere and quality of the game. If the developers of 2042 made a WW1 era style game, it would be nothing like BF1. BF1 was created by developers who actually enjoyed what they did and it shows in the quality of the game. Hate it or love, BF1 is a well crafted game.

@@Theosake Agreed, the game overall is in a decent place now, I've actually been enjoying it. So if they add some new characters to the opposite team it would be even better.

So, heres my theory on that if I may? care to read or not doesn't matter either way... Currently with how I have been watching their development, I am very surprised with how well BFV kept doing with their support during the development of BF2042 just due to the COVIC BS work from home shit and they called all of EA Devs to help create the mess that was once 2042. Now that BFV Has lived over its 2 year timespan.. its time for them to currently support 2042 now whilst developing another title. BFV launched in 2018 for crying out loud. that's a 5 year lifespan. which in todays day and aged is really good, considering CoD was releasing titles every year it seemed like. Each game gets support up to 4 to 5 years, so I'm hoping the continuation of live for 2042 further increases its replayability, AND smash their new title out of the park (hopefully).

People still stuck at the "Remove specialists djdndkjdidk" I thought the specialist gave something new to BF, the class system became very old for me (I'm bout to get flamed) Removing the class system at launch was a big no no. Also map design is terrible, way too many empty open spaces.

It has been a while since I played. Hopefully it has not died. That was the beginning. That is what started it all for me. Do not get me wrong, I loved playing Battlefield 1942! Bad Company was just all that excitement.

Probably they just watched first 3 minutes of the video and got angry that someone was praising this game. Early in a match you will have bots, the game slowly adds in more players while you're in game, the haters always ignore that fact

@@SefouGaming well you didnt need to because they were AI, but you still could and it would switch automatically. Playing against real players is a whole differnt beast though, this is good practice to fine tune mechanics of vehicles which are really bad compared to BF4/BF3 physics.

Yeah that happens sometimes usually if it's mass.bots it's usually at the 30-40 per team mark if it's 64v64. But recently I've been getting full matches or near full matches every game which is nice. A lot more fun

It won’t happen all the time and if you just do happen to be in a match with AI the game will automatically send other players to your lobby
