When u first watched this movie I finally understood why Mike stood there so long at the beginning of the song. He went in there expecting to see the kids but instead got a 1930s club. Lol

The amazing thing about the video is how fast Katie moved. Michael was running fast all through the town but she was always nearby on a rooftop. 31:44 this move was so mind boggling back in the day. Trying to figure out if it was a camera trick or if he was really doing it. It was actually genius when I saw how they did it and how fit you have to be to be able to lean and pull yourself up from it. 33:44 I like how he’s telling them he was just inside like they should’ve come in and told him.

I was so amazed by this movie as a kid and still now as an adult it amazes me how far ahead of his time he was . Literally never seen anything like it from a singer . Speed demon and Leave me alone’s production is like Nthn seen in that time period as far as music videos as far as I’m concerned .

I'm one of those people who grew up in the MJ era (first J5 concert at 4 years old, with MANY more to follow - including flying home from college in TN to L.A. to see him for the "Bad" Tour - TWICE - because he got sick for the Thanksgiving shows and they had to be rescheduled for January, about 10 days after I went back to school after Christmas break). And then I got to live the dream by spending 5 days at Neverland (seeing him be a regular dad). Chris Tucker was a friend from before he was famous and we called ourselves "working," but not much got done there lol. I'll give you all the details if you want them. I'm a writer (that's what Chris and I were supposed to be doing 😆), so maybe I can make you feel like you were there too if that's an experience you would appreciate 😊. It's always fun for me to talk to younger people about what it was like to be there when MJ was at the top of his game (like my friends and I staging an ELABORATE operation to cut school just so we could be in front of a TV when "Thriller" first premiered on MTV.) In our defense, nobody had VCRs yet, and it just wasn't OK to wait until it was 4pm on the west coast to see it when it aired the second time lol. (Btw, pretending I was seeing it for the first time when my mother was standing right next to me at 4pm will never stop being a funny memory for me 🤣).

I don't know how I got here but I'm so excited to know you like this film. It definitely was hands down a eclectic but uniquely produced film . Nevertheless, your reactions to this movie is straight hilarious! But, I do wanna give me opinion of film if thats okay.... Alright ..From my interpretation of the movie, was to be random, have wishful thinking and saving the world. We never actually got the entire back story to the kids being in his life wasn't completely explained. But you don't have to know a child to save one from danger. They were minding their business and went to catch skipper. But they stumbled on land that was private. So he retaliated by shooting the house up. So when they children were on the rooftop, they mentioned the lucky star and prayed that Michael didn't get hurt for trying to save kids. Yea a lot of things were thrown together, but for the most part, not only did he stop Lideo from polluting the universe, he made sure the kids still enjoy their childhood. Almost like how he was raised in real life. That explains why he's so childlike, humble and innocent. He let people talk bad about him because it was worth it. And when allegations are false, the truth will speak for itself. Oh and the car he turned into was the car from 1984 film back to the future, it was a DeLorean.

Moonwalker is one of the most crazy movies I have ever seen. It makes almost no sense, Michael Jackson was a genius singer, songwriter and performer but definitely not a screenwriter. The movie is as strange as the man himself was.
