This Is Forza Horizon, from director Gage Allen, is a cinematic love letter to the Forza series, shot entirely in-engine with random online players, all of which were unaware they were being filmed.
About the director:
Gage Allen is a professional game trailer creator by day, having created official game trailers and cinematics for game developers and publishers around the world. You may have seen his work with Baldur's Gate 3, Stellaris, The Long Dark, Pistol Whip, Crusader Kings 3, Divinity: Original Sin 2, and many more.
Gage has been creating the "This Is" series of short films, starting with "This Is Battlefield", the viral film and historic first to win awards at the Global Shorts and One Reeler award shows in 2019.
"This Is Forza Horizon" is the second entry to this series.
