Sometimes I wish I had more compassion Ryan. I would guess that most people get motivated and inspired by the way you treat people. It is hard to watch how Darrel treats you. I spent many years involved in concrete. Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Military. Tens of thousands of yards of concrete. I have never seen ANYBODY that install’s a correctly done and a nicer or more professional weak and plain control joint than you do. Unless Government, Military most concrete work is overseen and inspected by government inspectors. When your job site is clean and the concrete finish work is professionally done like your work, the inspector(‘s) will go out of their way to trust you. Keep up the great work. Say hi to your crew and send Darrel to the Unemployment Department. Caring for your family, hard work and treating your employees fairly will make your life happy.
