A lot of people are saying he thought she was a ghost because there’s a tale in Korea of a girl who is a ghost and is dressed in black, cries, and presses buttons in elevators and it made him think she was that ghost

Jin's age/maturity as compared to the younger members is really evident here in how he handled the situation, although I'm disappointed they didn't show us what happened to him once everyone got on the elevator. I love that he actually checked to make sure she was ok.

It would have been helpful if you had the background story at the beginning. This video misses the set up story lol. They thought they were to randomly dance in the elevator for a concept video. The elevator was supposed to go from the bottom straight to the top. So they were surprised when it stopped and a random crying girl got on. Plus she pushed all the buttons so the elevator stopped on every floor on the way up and crowded next to them to make it more awkward lol

Yeah, and they went in two times. As shown through Jimin's case, first time they went for rehearsal and it was done as they were told (no one else entered the elevator) and they came out at the top, so they believed it. The second time, the prank was executed.

The thing is, in Korea it's kind of a big deal when men touch women they don't know. If you look at pictures/videos of BTS in 2019/2020 on red carpets, they never touch other female artists when taking group pictures. And BTS was so young in this video, and seeing their reactions to when the woman comes super close is just really funny tbh

There was a story about a girl in black who would get on the elevator with you and press all of the buttons. She was a ghost and if you got off before her, she would kill you. Tae had heard this story and he is a superstitious person. She fit the story, so he thought she really was a ghost and he was genuinely scared. That's why there isn't much of him shown in the elevator. He was really freaked out, poor baby.

1) In Korea there is this tale about a pretty ghost woman dressed all in black. She gets into the elevator, pushes all the buttons and the end of the elevator ride she kills you. That's why Tae was so terrified :D 2) for us this wouldnt be a big enough deal to make a prank out of it. But in Korea you normally keep a polite distance to strangers. Especially if you're a man, you don't get that close to a woman you don't know. Hope that clears things up for you Sammy :)

Suga and RM are so cool LOL RM asking if she is going to all those floors when she was pressing all the buttons, and Suga was actually cancelling all the buttons by pressing them once again(I don't know how it is in other countries, but this kind of elevators, you can cancel if you mistakenly pushed the wrong button by pressing it once again). I'd like to know the latter half of the prank for all the members though.
