This place seems to have everything I need. There's (free) running water, fertile soil, fresh air, quiet neighborhood, a beautiful home and a breathtaking view!!!
The Nepalese are such beautiful people! The babies and children are so heavy and strong because of their healthy diet and lifestyle. How I love and miss Nepal!

Traditional Nepalese also used corn as substitute for rice , back then rice was only eaten occasionally due to low harvest ( people had less income), but present rice is more preferred even in villages
When I was a kid, My father used to tell about his childhood life, he described exactly the same thing this these girls are having. He kept us in the city with good education and everything he could. Living a simple life makes us happy. We don’t need a nice car, a beautiful house, fancy cloth, a smartphone, or beef steak for dinner. This is a beautiful life. It is a life that we can sleep well at night.
Looks more like hard than it does simple. There were people in the US doing exactly what they were doing (which look like cutting corn/maize), living in a log house, and walking most places, heating with wood and doing without a phone, inside toilet, all the usual modern conveniences. I know, because I was one of them.

I love how the garden isn't very refined. Everything just seems to be growing together and they just go through and pick what they need and leave the rest for future pickings. Their food is so pure and without all of the additions (seasonings) we drown our food with. I know some consider their lives hard, but I wonder how so. They may not have our modern comforts, but they also don't have our burdensome possessions, work day, home life and all of the other stresses that accompany our modern, materialistic based culture. What more do we really need? Food & water, shelter, protective clothing, and perhaps companionship and entertainment.
I don't know why but I understand this language (nepali) a little bit as we also have some of these words.and I'm also from himalyan region. I'm kumaoni . Lots of love from kumaon. 😁😁
I experienced the same, we have rice and corn plantation using plow and carabao in the 70's but due to my schooling in Manila as BSAE and graduated lessened the burden in the farm. From batangas Philippines with ❤ love.
Beautiful and good looking women. They work hard and they know what they are doing. I do not always understand. As a real estate agent I look at the walls of the houses, they are works of art. Wonderful. I wish for these families a long, healthy and happy life, with many kids. In my opinion they are more civilised then we are in the West........ Don't stop sharing and reward them for this.
Pure joy comes from living a simple life. Working and eating together from the food grown in the garden. Nothing is complicated and their laughter is like a refreshing waterfall. Yes, this is the good life ❤

I watched every minute of this amazed at just how similar this is to my village life in Kenya. I wish we have the Himalayas, though. 😀. We harvest maize/corn same way, cook potatoes and pumpkin leaves as you, although most of the times we fry potatoes and the greens together. We also use similar baskets to harvest tea leaves. Simple life, happy life.

i am so amzed by these women's strength and hardwork! they are beautiful too! Their way of life is simple and basic and yet I feel like they are more blessed that most of us. They have all they need.
This is my first time watching one of your videos. I love this. It’s beautiful there and I love the simplicity. I live in the USA and our life is way too complicated. I grew up in southern Mississippi and as a kid we had a huge garden. I used to love helping my dad dig potatoes and pick the vegetables and melons, shuck the corn and shell the peas. I miss living more simply.
I could relate my life in hinterland land of Zamboanga Philippines circa 1950's. Yes we harvest corn same way, peel , dry the grain, then stone mill. Plant, reddish, sweet potato,legumes..
Wonderful beautiful people, love seeing that’s how we used to do when I was little in Jamaica, we used the pumpkin leaves to wash plates with , every good. Never know it can be eaten. Thanks for sharing 💗💗💗🌸
The country and these women are so very beautiful- their smiles and laughter- their innocence and simplicity- they seem to have everything they need. I am concerned in the US most live very tense and complicated lives- I do not I was trained otherwise but this is a beautiful example of simple abundance, laughter and camaraderie. I know it is probably physically demanding but they look so very healthy and happy. Thank-you for this- it is lovely.
Idk why but my heart feels heavy when I see such ladies, so humble, hardworking and content with what they have, and though they hardship and hard labour everyday, yet they still face it with a smile on their faces. I really wish these ladies(the young ones) be blessed with a good loving husband, and happiness throughout their life.🤎😇

In the mist of all this difficulty their smiles are very contagious. Nepal is a special place. It is economically challenged but people are generally peaceful and they are able to sustain themselves. I will visited Nepal in 2018.
Bull, I'm 80 and live a simple life with all the modern appliances. Gives me time to visit ,shop,etc. They had to work all day. No time for self. Stocking up for winter. Hope bugs or predators don't steel their harvest. No that is not a simple life.
Definitely city life won't give this much happiness for sure... I am longing to be one of these women.. In city each minute is calculated.. I feel every human should have this experience at least once in their life time.. I adore these women are how hardworking and live happily as a joint family

It's hard for me to walk from my car to my front door step with a hand full of groceries, but to carry a large basket full of food and try not to fall down the side of a mountain that takes skill.
