I’m stuck in the house, with my emotionally abusive, toxic and neglectful mother. She accepts I’m trans, but that’s it, you know, barely uses my pronouns, and I’m scared to bring up hormones or surgery or anything, because I don’t want her any more angry than me. From a breakup to having trouble making friends, your impactful lyrics have spoken to me in no way anyone else could.
