Great reminder about the devil inside all of us. Brother is right, very easy to be 2 faced behind closed doors. Was feeling irritable and annoyed with kids today and felt like saying 'just go away from me and dont talk to me' after waking up late due to spending day out with friends yesterday. Glad I found this practical reminder.

Those who are different behind closed doors are the evil and vile narcissistic people of this world. Brothers and sisters, leave these people at every chance and cut them off forever, heal and move forward with your lives. These are dangerous people, regardless of spouse or family.
Very good khutbah!...you said to do charity quietly even yr spouse doesnt know...thats better! What if i want to do charity ie helping hungry children but i will take my children along so that they will do the same after im gone....do i get less reward frm Allah?
