It's not panic. I don't use any mouse acceleration, smoothing etc, no vsync, and FOV on 80. It's all the most raw input man can get on a 46g 1k polling rate 16k ref rate mouse. Any tiny shake of your hand is visible straight away. I can set it to very smooth but that adds delay. You will get plenty of flinch when hit by shotguns and No1 can control that unless you have setup done for 0 flinch or your cheating.
