Story time of my Chase cam paragliding crash while extreme proximity flying. Is paragliding with chase cam dangerous? What happens if chase cam crash, hits a tree? Well, it happened to me last time I was paragliding… and here is the story about it.
Warning! When flying close to terrain with ChaseCam make sure you instal tension fuse to ensure maximum safety!

Can you explain your camera setup and light sensitivity. The filming you did on the peak you camped on and told your short story was one of your best posts. The low light settings for the section when you filmed the camping cooker was impressive. Is that a standard feature of the new GoPro cameras?

I prefer on the middle of the wing - you can see details in one of my previous videos “paragliding camera mounts part 1 or 2” 🙌🙌🔥⚡️

That's not what the elastic is for. It's so if you pull more than 20N for a brief moment it won't pop the safety ring. That's what happened here.

Thanks buddy!! 🙏☀️ Woah it really depends what you want out of it... I personally prefer GoPro 9 with max lens mod 🙏🤙 360 will give you some more flexibility and interesting angles but its more exposed.. and a bit different mounting than standard

I know :) if you watch this video you can hear that many trees collapsed because of too heavy snow a over them... peaks long gone because of too much snow ... what I’m actually doing is kicking snow off the tree tops ;) I dont like kicking directly into the tree... I love my ankles :)

Phew ! What a relief - I thought you might have lost your camera !!! The chase cam is a great piece of kit and I'm sure you manage those risks as you explain but stay safe - your footage is soooo good - the world would be a poorer place without many more fun adventures (& vlogs) from you guys. That snow and that sky 12 seconds in WOW !!!

Million doller man. This is not the first time and not the last. Sometimes your chasecam can overtake you. Keep in mind how far the chase move when you avoid objects.

This is "Super" Karma. Do not crash trees' top, it kill trees. But you have skills to tell a story and to edit a clip . Continue to use it, but please not while breaking trees' top.
