This is how I'd learn Spanish from scratch 

Dreaming Spanish is pretty amazing. I haven't found anything in French that has nearly as much content built out, but there's a channel on RU-vid run by a guy named Lucas called "French Comprehensible Input" that's really good. Be sure to start with the playlist "A1 Level Beginner" and then move into the playlist called "ONE WORD INPUT A1"

there are some that come to mind, they are called "piece of french", "Français avec Fluidité " and "French mornings with Elisa", if you know nothing about the language i recommend those to start. hope it helps

"I should use this tips to learn english" In this case you should say "these" instead of "this" because it's about more than one tip, if it were just one then you would say "I should use this tip to learn english"

I know what you mean with seeing the Spanish flag. It's a really hard question to answer, though. Since Spanish is spoken in so many countries, there are decent arguments for many different choices. And the option to "not have a flag," just ends up looking weird. We usually use the Spanish flag since "That's what Duolingo uses" and we decided to just go with that until given a reason not to. I personally use the Mexican flag when I talk about my Spanish, since that what I learn. However, when you're starting out, it doesn't matter too much which dialect things are in. Especially if they're written texts. The base of the language is the same in all countries. The slang, pronunciation and some common words change from country to country, though, so it's good to focus your audio/spoken materials to one dialect. However, it's very common here in Latin America for people to read books from Spain and know a bit of slang from the whole world. Email marketing is the most effective marketing form (besides a genuine promotion from someone with a wide audience), so it's not going away. Once nice thing about email, though, is that it's pretty well protected (beyond people selling your data illegally). You can't spam your list or send emails to people without permission. You also need to always have an unsubscribe link. Even with that, many companies twist those rules to send you more crap. A tip you can use is to put email+something@email.com. That "+something" is an extension and will send everything right to email@email.com. I use it for testing all the time. If you put email+refold@email.com and change that for each company you give your email to, if you ever start to get spam, you can check exactly who sold your data and block all incoming stuff to that address. Dreaming Spanish is an easy on ramp to the language and does not try to be a complete prorgram so you will need to blend other methods with it. Refold looks like a grest match. Also DS reddit is a great resource. I'll do all Refold on my next language.

@@OregonChrome honestly, I don’t think I will need to blend in any other methods. There are multiple users in the DS discord/reddit who have followed the DS plan (just watching CI until 600 to 1000 hours and then adding in reading and speaking) and are now exactly where I want to be or will be there eventually without needing to do any of that extra stuff. I will probably have to take a more Refold like approach for German just because there isn’t enough CI to get me to native content without tools but for Spanish I consider it completely unnecessary at this point. At 400 hours of Spanish (370 of this being DS and the rest being from a couple podcasts and 2 other CI channels) I can already watch a decent bit of native RU-vid. I could even get to where I want to be if I transitioned to all native content right now, it would just take longer than sticking with CI.

Yep! There would be a few changes depending on the language, but similar languages like French, Portuguese, Italian, German or Dutch would be identical. Even distant languages like Japanese and Mandarin would be like 80% the same. Just over a longer time frame and with some changes for learning characters and tones and such.

In short: I didn't start using the language until I had a lot of experience with Mexican Spanish and things sounded "better" like that. I also adopted a lot of slang, phrases and other things that made me sound Mexican, which then made my Mexican friends call me "mexa," which further strengthened my feeling of comfort when using Mexican Spanish. I hope that answer makes sense, lol

I spent a bunch of time immersing and living with lions. It's a bit of a different dialect, but I got the hang of "Mexican house cat" pretty easy 🐈🐈😸
