It should last at least 2-3 months depending on the length of the growth cycle of your lashes but typical growth cycles are approximately 2 to 3 months
I had a lash lift done professionally - 2 times it was beautiful. Then I went to a new place and they used a piece that was too tight/small for my lashes and it curled almost into a complete loop, and maybe they left solution too long. It nearly destroyed my lashes. They looked like sponge bob and then after they were damaged/fried looking. I still have bare patches in my lashes where the hair never grew back. I would love to do this again but I’m scared. Just be careful if done wrong you can do permanent damage to the hair follicle
I love it - makes me think I could really do these, she def makes it look a lot easier w/ her step by step instructions …..it’s a 🔟 for me with w/ her demo 💯 and a big thank you 😉 xx
It's been a year since you asked but thought I'd answer for those still wanting to know. A typical growth cycle for lashes are approximately 2-3 months so the lift should last that long if done correctly.
just got my lashes lifted for the first time but it feels so weird, she didnt use any type of curl so its going straight upward and touching my eyelids which is driving me insane
I can't find any diy lash lift videos where the lashes aren't messed up on the outer edge. See how her outer lashes are all bent and folding into her crease? How do we avoid that
I think what these people said ^ is right. Plus I would suggest when glueing the lashes onto the pad, glue the outer ones slightly outwards instead of straight up onto it maybe? I'll have to try that next time. Just did the lift (and a tint) for the first time last night and it's shocking how big of a difference it made lol!! I have naturally long, blonde, super straight lashes. I used the M2 pad, but I'm going to use L next time for a more natural curve. Right now they're going straight up like that and when I'm looking straight ahead they're touching my browbone. Very dramatic! Lol
Wipe the first solution off with a clean, dry qtip, just be careful not to pull any lashes off the rod and if you do, just apply more glue and re stick them back to the rod and continue with step 2
@@isabeldelvalle7925honestly the directions suck and I’ve learned more from watching tutorials and now I’ve done it so many times I just know what works best and have figured things out
The lash kits only need to be used once every 3 weeks so you probably get 3-4 uses out of them. The cleansing liquid runs out after use 2 but use can simply use micellar water with a q tip to remove the solution.
DON’T BUY. I bought the kit because i always thought her lashes look beautiful, and it would be a good way to save money from normally getting my lashes professionally done, right? I did it last night, and the glue does not work. No matter what i did, it wouldn’t stick to my eyelid, which is arguably the most important step, because it sets up how your lashes will turn out. Not only that, but I lost quite a few eyelashes, and I have never experienced so much pain in my eyes. I have gotten them professionally done, but that pain was no where near to this. Anyway, it’s the next day and one of my eyes turned out decent (after almost 3 hours of trying to get it to stick) and both of my eyes are super swollen and very painful when I touch them… It looks like I cried myself to sleep 😭 Trust me, you’re better off paying to get a better kit, getting them professionally done, or simply curling your own eyelashes every day!
Omg I’m so sorry this happened! It looks like you might have an allergy to one of the ingredients; which is super fair bc god knows what is even in this stuff lol. I’m always too lazy to do a patch test but this has me reconsidering 😳
@@anastasiab4391 thank you, and yes that is possible, but if you read the reviews on amazon (which i should’ve done before 😹) then everyone had the same experience with the product unfortunately. also i have gotten my lashes professionally done before and nothing like this happened
Do you clean off the perm solution or wipe it off before the fixation or do you just add it on top of the perm solution after you let the perm solution sit ?
I bought a kit from Amazon too. I was just on Temu and they have this exact kit, t Libeauty brand. However, Libeauty sells it for nearly . for $20+- differe in the price.
She did a great job and her lashes are beautiful BUT I don’t recommend lash lifts especially at home lash lifts - sooo many things can go wrong in my experience such as: over curling lashes, accidentally perming the tips, lashes growing back uneven, lashes being brittle, not being able to do eyeshadow or liner because the lashes are curled and covering the lid Honestly not worth it
This kit really messed up my lashes and I followed the directions perfectly, I don’t think they have good pads for people with small lids but long lashes
Do you have to be careful with lash perms? In the shower, taking off mascara, rubbing your eyes, sleeping… or does it just stay permed? Such an easy to follow video thank you!
