???? What difference does that make? The dealers go in shifts. They didn't reshuffle the shoot. The dealer can't control the cards. Are you saying they switched dealers so the next dealer was luckier or has the ability to force out better cards??? Magic cards? (Lol) DON'T GAMBLE The only way I can think of any dealer making a difference in the outcome is if they just reshuffle if the count is really favorable to the player in the shoot or cheat. Beyond that I don't see your point or logic.

I never did 25 tips first off, all look how many times I placed for them $25 tip on each my hand, I don't care what others does I tip based on my wins 4% , when I lose 100k non of the dealers tip me for that. It's a gambling and I'm not at restaurant to pay %20-%25

Asking for your card to be face down is doing yourself a disservice by not knowing what card you have to see if you should keep hitting or not. Almost a gamble within a gamble

Insurance or even money is basically a side bet! Unless you're counting! This is an extremely bad play to take even money. This will add to the house edge pretty significantly
