Nico is great, but honestly this trainer is trash. He needs to get with someone like Jason Otter, Drew Hanlen, Damin Altizer, etc... None of this is game realistic or game speed. He should be repping out specific game situations for his role and offense in college. It’s all about efficiency of the dribble in college. Some of these ball handling drills are beyond pointless, basic, and use excessive dribbling. Some of the Pick and roll work was good, but still not that great. If this is an example of his regular skill work and he’s doing other work outside this, then that makes sense, but I fail to see how this is preparing him for college game situations.
