I'm late on saying this, but Shido referenced that "discount kamehameha" a few times already. first was in S3 when he lost control, he was about to use that then. The second time was when Nia mentioned he used to mimic that attack from an anime he used to watch as a kid... only he HAS the energy to use it now.
imagine a shameless person 2 years ago said that mukuro and kurumi were stronger than Tohka who only knew how to run away on this one channel but in this episode 8 ss5 it was proven that Tohka was much stronger than the other 2 even mukuro and kurumi couldn't touch a hair of Mio what a shame of a mukurotard is salty 🤣
Spoiler about Tohka here: Tohka didn't have a name because she's the only pure spirit among the 11, the other ones were born humans. When mio created the sephira she infused negative emotions on them, but in tohka's she used love which made it gain conscience.
