About 3 years ago I went to the ER because of left side face numbness and rapid heart rate and high blood pressure - I was there for 5 or 6 hours with them trying to bring my blood pressure down and it just wouldn't go down. All of the tests and scans were normal including blood work, so they sent me off to see an endocrine specialist a week later. I went into the appointment in a state that I now recognize as derealization, and crazy high anxiety. They took a urine sample because they wanted to measure some hormone levels, and the next day they called me telling me that the stress hormones in my system were so high that I absolutely had an adrenal gland tumor. I freaked out obviously, and spent the next 3 weeks doing scans and repeat tests to confirm/locate it - turns out there was no tumor, my anxiety was so high and I was under so much stress that I had stress hormones in my system that the specialist thought were unmistakeable. A few months later I got into therapy and started medication and since then I've been pretty much back to normal (with the occasional setback obviously, recovery isn't linear)

omgggggggg. It’s comforting to see others who have this exact issue. I feared having an std so bad that I developed real symptoms that went on and on and on as I went from doctor to doctor. The entire area is a trigger now. If something happens in the area I go down a rabbit hole, my skin gets dry and hyper sensitive. I get rashes. It’s insane.

what a reassuring comment section although I am very sorry to hear that so many people are going through this! its crippling. my symptoms range from 24/7 dizziness, head pressure, lightheadedness, agoraphobia, sound and noise sensitivity, heavy fatigue to twitching in my eye alllll the time, being super sensitive to stimuli, out of breath feeling when I'm talking and constantly having a full bladder. but there is ONE symptom that scares me the most: my weak ass legs. I feel like they are going to buckle at any moment from the time i wake up and worse even at night. i feel like i have no strength in my legs and they get stiff and sore from nothing really. my biggest fear isn't even death but to not being able to care for myself anymore and becoming a burden to my loved ones. can anyone relate? anxiety really is not for the weak, this is very difficult and missunderstood condition. thank you for your openness here on youtube and helping others 🧡

as someone who is going through this , it’s not a joke. Other people; friends, family, coworkers , cannot understand what it’s like. It’s like being afraid of your own body- all of the time… I think what did it fire me was realizing and making peace with death. And deciding that I couldn’t live like this anymore. We can overcome it. Prayer, meditation, exercise, therapy, medication (sometimes) helps a lot… there is a way. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Keep going, one day at a time . God will get us in through it 🙏

For months at a time I feel like I am in another person body. Can't sleep well, generalize body aches and pain. I'm so sorry to hear you're going through this. If it helps, I am experiencing extreme aches and pains that can affect my ability to sleep and move, muscle twitching, and floaters as well. Of course Google was my worst enemy telling me I had all these diseases and now I am currently going through medical processes to ensure it's nothing serious. The doctor's don't think it's anything major, yet my Googling and mind tell me that there has to be something terribly wrong with me to fill like this. It's comforting to know though that we're not alone in what we are experiencing, and likely it's our mind that's our worst enemy and not our body. Wishing you the best!

I never realised how physical anxiety could actually be until i started going through severe stress in September to now, constant symptoms even when i don’t think im feeling anxiety. Constant worry of having something more serious, going to doctors every few weeks for all their tests to be fine. Started CBT a few weeks ago to try manage my anxiety. So fed up with this. Constant stress, tingling in body, body aches, fatigue etc. Anxiety is the worst and managing it is even harder. Sending love to everyone in the comments experiencing this.

Ahhh! This. I needed this. I'm 15 years old, I have a long backstory (ever since I was just a little kid) of the worst health anxiety. When I was young, it started out as a fear of throwing up. It quickly became body symptoms I would focus on. Lately it's just become straight up hypochondria. As a kid I had severe panic attacks every single day, I would have horrible insomnia and not sleep for days. Surprisingly, this was all a result of chronic PTSD I still struggle with. Now, in my teen years, I get stressed, I have a panic attack or a dissociation episode, and my body exhibits symptoms. Here's mine: -I would get "stress flu" so basically at the beginning of this year where I had the most stress, I got a "stomach bug like thing, the night before i had a huge panic attack and I could already feel my body fighting off something. I went to bed and I could feel all that nasty cortisol circulating. I woke up the next day and had all classic symptoms of the stomach flu. I nearly vomited, I had diarreah, etc. I recovered quickly, but then the next month, I had some mild neck tension, and I had a health anxiety panic over that. After all of that adrenaline my neck tension got worse and when I woke up the next day I had body aches all over. I ran a fever (mild, 100.7 F) and the whole thing turned into a cold virus my body was trying to fight off prior to me becoming stressed. Not to mention, I had night sweats, that really sparked my health anxiety and I was over here worrying about a lymphoma/lukemia cancer. I became stressed again because I felt my lymph nodes, I started crying, and litterally the next morning I woke up with pink eye. -Chronic Stomach issues -Tingling in my hands- sometimes it will go on for a very long time -Neck tension: this typically goes hand in hand with the tingling, I'll get neck tension and it causes tingling in extremities -Heart palpitations -Dizziness -Hot flashes -Brain fog (I had this symptom a lot more after having Covid-19, it's gotten better but still lingers around a bit, gets worse with my anxiety) There's honestly so much more, but I wrote this comment so maybe other people won't feel so alone. I Know I may get stigmatized because I'm "only" 15, but my experiences are very real and deserve to be shared. This was a long comment, I'm aware, but thanks for reading if you did ^ ^ this video was very helpful.

this is crazy because i’m 16 and my anxiety started out the exact same as yours. it started out when i was little o would get bloated or gassy because i was allergic to gluten so i would get really nervous that i was gonna throw up but never did. i was diagnosed with celiac when i was 7 (can’t eat gluten) from there until 3rd grade until now i’ve had panic attacks in class and my only fear would be throwing up even if i didn’t feel ill. it’s been like that ever since but has gotten a lot better. just this summer i really became a hypochondriac because i thought i had lymphoma from a weird thing on my groin. as soon i looked up all the symptoms i started panicking woke up the next day all of a sudden i was having all the symptoms of it. my body was in complete survival mode. i was extremely fatigued, anxious, had insomnia, fast heart rate and much more. this all last for a week straight then i started recovering. throughout that week i went to the doctor many times and got blood work everything came back negative. started feeling better a few days later. a week and a half later i started with a light headache turned into a migraine with vertigo. as soon as this started i thought i had a brain tumor. i had constant headaches and vertigo for over a week nonstop with no explanation and no medicine was helping it. went to the doctor they said nothing was wrong. i ended up going to the er 4 times throughout that week and i finally got a ct scan. nothing wrong. then i went to a neurologist by this time my symptoms were gone. he did a few tests and suggested an mri. i got it and everything was fine. it’s 3 weeks after that and now i’ve been getting really anxious for no reason and kind of feeling fatigued again. i really don’t know how to stop this

I relate with you so much. I too am only 17 and my hypochondria started when I was 10. It was due to PTSD. Till this day I freak out over these symptoms. I started the year with a stomach bug that went on for a whole month. Then as the episodes kept happening different symptoms started showing up making everything worse. Currently I'm suffering from daily tension headaches and dizziness that makes me feel like I'm standing in an elevator. It's all so scary but knowing I'm not alone really helps!

Storytime: I got covid in March this year which paired up with preparing for university entrance exams and high school finals made my stress level increase like never before. A few days after i recovered I got a huge panic attack that felt like i was having a heart attack, I had pain and numbness in my left arm, chest pain, my heartbeat was irregular, I was trembling etc.We rushed to the ER, I was sent to the hospital afterwards to be told all my tests including ECG turned out fine. Days after I started having extremely weird and intense symptoms that never went away, I was constantly seeking reassurance from doctors and my family, especially my mom. I used to call/text her from school because I was so anxious and needed to hear her say that I'm gonna be okay because nothing is physically wrong with me. I would crawl in my parent's bed crying, scared of something being wrong with me. The cycle of googling all my symptoms, freaking out, making them worse and thinking I was dying everyday was so exhausting. I went through cardiophobia, fear of having a brain tumour and fear of vision loss. These were my 3 biggest fears but apart from those Ive diagnosed myself with so many other health conditions. Some of my scariest symptoms were something id call a "head rush", it felt like a weird sinking sensation in my head, or like I blacked out for a millisecond, then the feeling of losing consciousness when falling asleep that was also mentioned in the video, it was like my body didn't want to allow me to fall asleep because I needed to be on alert all the time, then also feeling like my brain would shut down and I'd die, pains all over my body... It was definitely one of the hardest times of my life. When my health anxiety was at its worst, comments like these used to calm me down and made me believe that it's not something physical a little more, so I hope I can do the same for someone else. If you're going through this you're not alone and you WILL get better. It really is unbelievable what stress and anxiety can do to our bodies and it took me a while to really accept that the symptoms have roots in my mental state. The things that helped me the most in getting better were keeping myself busy and watching youtubers that i could relate to. Wishing for everyone to get better. ❤️

Oh my actual God, I cannot believe this, I've had / been having most of what you describe and I still cannot believe it could only be due to anxiety, nose bleeds, shortness of breath, dizziness, internal shakiness, feeling on the edge, insomnia (with the things you mentioned like gasping for air feeling like I am losing control when going to sleep). And the kicker is that I also have MS (actually diagnosed 4 years ago) and a sinusitis with otitis which made me question if some of the symptoms are due to anxiety or an MS relapse or the inner year/sinuses, thankfully I will be seeing an ENT tomorrow and having an MRI on Tuesday. But yeah, it's been crazy when you don't know what to believe anymore.

Oh my… it is impressive and sad at the same time to see so many people suffering with anxiety! 😢 for me my weirdest symptoms are definitely the ‘slight auditory hallucinations’ i have when stress and anxiety hits really really bad! I have a Tinnitus and start to focus on it so i hear ambulance sirens or churchbells constantly till i calm down again! It’s so annoying. Next is definitely DP/DR and this horrible feeling of being trapped in this world were nothing makes sense. It’s even to confusing to explain but I just stand there and suddenly realise that I am existing and it just doesn’t make sense. Also just not beeing able to focus and constantly needing to think! It is so unbelievably annoying!!!! Stay strong folks! We have got that!😊

You will probably never realise just how many people you have helped by making these videos. So a big thank you for what you do. My problem is I went to see an osteopath who manipulated my neck and made it much worse, I then went for an MRI on the neck, which showed a bulging disc slightly pushing the spinal cord, I then developed off balance feelings, shudderings etc, and was convinced it was because of the disc. Went to see a ENT just to check my ears. He said it was meniers, so went and saw another ENT and he said BBPV, so this did not help. Then went to see a spine surgeon, and he was not bothered at all by the disc, and my symptoms slowly started to calm down after that. But lately have flared up again for some reason. But watching these videos has been a god send ! and I hope somebody out there is helping you when you need it, just as much as you have helped others.

I have a hectic lifestyle always alarmed and on the go. My symptoms can range from: Heart racing (feeling like I’m having a heart attack, been to the ER a handful of times for this in 2 months) Feeling like my throat is closing up Vibrating sensation all throughout my body Pressure in my head and back of neck Often feel like my body is going to shut down at any moment Very fatigue at random times of the day between 2-5pm I have between 2-3 panic attacks ranging from not so bad to severe attacks about my health Stomach aches and cramps Heat flashes The list goes on. 😢

I am constantly dizzy and scared that i might faint soon, I struggle with nausea, headaches that are mostly caused by brighter light or noises (guitar playing, voices, etc...) And I can't function in school/work without going to toilets on breaks, or just sleeping on the desk whenever i can. When I don't take a break when my symptoms take over, everything just intensifies and I struggle to concentrate, my vision is blurry and the brain fog is unimaginable. My muscles are stiff, sometimes i get twitches all over the body, not mentioning the skin pain. A year ago, an acute stressful incident triggered a long bout of stomach discomfort (feeling of fullness despite not eating, cramping, burning, etc). Once I spoke to my doctor and got it out in the open, the symptoms did tail off, and stayed gone for months. The discomfort came back before Christmas, without anything in specific to trigger it....I assume it could have been an accumulation of "smaller" things rather than one big thing. Anyway, the stomach stuff went on-and-off through the holidays and into the new year. But at least I knew what it was and tried not to let it affect me. In mid-February there was another stressor, which triggered chest pain; tightness, palpitations, pain in the left arm, etc. So I quickly made an appt to see my doctor, and again felt like stress/anxiety was the culprit. A quick physical check revealed nothing alarming, and a cardiogram also came back normal. Lo and behold, the chest pain quickly faded. But now comes the worst part - headaches. I've been a long-time sufferer of headaches, and I've always dealt with them as they come; I have never associated them with stress or anxiety, and figured I was just one of those unfortunate people that get frequent headaches; I might get 2, 3, or 4 in a week, then be fine for a couple of weeks....repeat. But since mid-February '24, right around the time I had the chest pain, I've been developing a headache almost daily. Of course, fears of the worst come to mind, but I don't *actually* believe I've got something that is about to kill me. But I also have been unable to function at 100% at work or at home, unable to get good sleep (which makes the headaches worse), and am generally just miserable all. the. time. Part of me thinks these headaches are tied to the same source as my stomach problems, and the chest pains I was having - stress/anxiety. The trouble is, nothing has really delivered any relief and I'm quite fed up. So yeah, there my story as it stands. It sucks, but like everyone else here in the comments, I'm far from alone in dealing with scary, unrelenting and frustrating symptoms.

I went to the Dr today, finally. Gave my description (what I believe are my carpel tunnel symptoms)and my hand tremor was worse thanks to being nervous so the Dr started doing a cogwheel test. I showed no issues but then she said the horrible terrible no good phrase "We'll need to keep an eye on that tremor" And suddenly, the one thing I wasn't worried about (Parkinsons) suddenly became my most terrifying focus. Nothing she said from then on really got through my brain but I went to get a Cervical Spine Xray to see if there is any compression in my neck that could be causing my hand issues. My health anxiety started in my second pregnancy. It all started around midway through my pregnancy when i got a chest infection, my chest was soo sore i was scared i'd stop breathing. I went to the doctors and was referred straight to A&E as they were concerned. I was put on antibiotics and a few days later had what i now know to be my first panic attacks... it was horrible my hands went numb and i felt like something awful was about to happen so i went to A&E and was told all was ok. But that then sparked more stress & Anxiety. I didnt realise back then that antibitoics can cause anxiety as a side effect. A few weeks later I started getting really bad headaches, visual issues and dizziness, so i went to my doctors. I was referred straight to the maternity hospital as they were concerned about my pulse being 120 and high blood pressure. I had to stay in hospital overnight, them trying to workout what was wrong. Then I kept getting ill and everytime would get what i now know were panic attacks and end up in A&E everytime. I had a heart ultrasound, 24/hr tape etc.... due to my pulse being high & blood pressure being up & down. At 39 weeks pregnant i caught Covid for the first time and my pulse rocketted to 130 resting. So I was kept in hospital for tests for blood clots & pumped with blood thinners and blood pressure tablets. A CT scan showed no blood clots. Then i went to my 40 week scan and was told my baby was 9lb 8oz, so id need to be induced asap & there were loads of risks as she was a big baby. I cried for days not knowing whether to have a C section or not, terrified something would happen to me or her during birth... plus the fact my pulse continued to be 120 resting so i was terrified id have a heart attack and die in labour. Luckily my labour went fine and she was 8lb 12 not over 9lbs. A few days later, i then had what I now know was a panic attack. I went to A&E was told my inflammation marker was high so was given strong antibiotics as they were concerned i had an infection. The antibiotics caused me horrific stomach pains so i ended up back and forth to A&E. Then over the following weaks I had dizzines, jaw pain, headaches, visual issues, felt so nauseous that i didnt eat and lost 40lbs. Then i started to feel a bit better, read some anxiety books and realised i had been having panic attacks, however the panic attacks continued and I became scared of being home alone due to how bad they felt. About 4 months PP, I went massively downhill mentally. I had an extreme fixation on my breathing, would get extreme migraines & aura after going for walks, i had extreme insomnia, depersonalisation & derealisation. Then I asked for a blood test and found out I had iron deficiency anaemia & realised I was only just above amaemia most of my pregnancy so that was likely the cause on my palpatations & high pulse. These have improved since being on iron tablets. Bur currentlu going through so many weird and wonderful symptoms...the scariest being throat symptoms.... like feeling lump in my throat on one side, feeling like food get stuck, hyperaware of my throat & mouth, breathlessness, lots of thoughts around not breathing. I find it sooo hard not to google or seek reassurance. However ive stopped the A&E visits and only visit the doctor if i feel i need to and i am having CBT. But it is sooo hard when ur body throws sooo many different symptoms at u. I know that I am extremely stressed at the moment. I think the hardest thing i find is not only having the symptoms but the hyperawareness off them and now pain feels 10x worse than it would normally.

My mother had ALS, and though I was somewhat anxious growing up, I never had health anxiety beforehand. Then I had other deaths in my family, 5 in the last two years. After some particularly stressful events like several funerals in a row, and with my dog's health rapidly declining due to his kidney failure at the same time, I began to fall apart, mentally. I didn't understand how to take a break. All I knew was that I was desperate to keep my dog alive and as well and happy as possible, while working and going to school full time, which in retrospect was insane. I did it, and it cost me. I began having sever panic attacks out of the blue. I'd be having a wonderful sunny day, resting with my dog as he slept peacefully and I read a book; then my muscles would twitch. My left arm, in particular. I tried to ignore it, but I was thrown into a state of such distress I called my best friend (who thankfully is amazing) and asked if I could spend the night on the couch at his house. I knew it was probably anxiety, and several sources confirmed that being anxious can in fact cause muscle spasms, and sometimes they just happen for no reason at all and are completely benign. However, the thoughts of the beginning of my mother's disease flooded my mind, and I was so overwhelmed by the fear, my mind convinced me that I was one of those extremely rare cases; that, even though there's not even enough evidence to suggest it is likely to be inherited, that I had inherited the disease. I remembered what she went through, remembered how guilty I felt about how I felt I wasn't there for her like I should have been. I sat on my couch sobbing, would get up occasionally and pace the floor, shaking, crying so hard I gave myself a headache. And I would feel guilty, because I didn't want to spend what little time I knew I had left with my dog crying and being distraught. So, I ended up calling my bestie, asking to use he and his wife's shower, and my dog and I slept on their couch that night. I had another bout of panic and ended up waking him up, then cried myself to sleep. I woke up the next morning twitching again. I cried again for almost an hour. I lie there shaking and begging a god I didn't believe in to not have this disease I was at that moment 100% certain I was seeing early symptoms of. To be honest, I don't remember how I accomplished climbing out of that particular rough patch, but I did it. And I had a couple more wonderful years with my dog, much of which (except toward the very end) was panic free. After he died, I crumbled, then threw myself into schoolwork. My grandmother died a week after he did. Through sheer grit-teeth determination I passed that semester. This semester, I was sure since I'd had a summer to try and process things, I'd have gotten better. And for a while, no panic attacks. Little anxiety. Every time my arm twitches, I wonder, but shove the thought away immediately. And the muscle twitches aren't constant. I have no weakness, none of the other symptoms she had and even if I did; the number of tests that have to be performed to even figure out if it is ALS is substantial. And even if they test for the mutation in my genes which *might* cause the disease, they aren't sure of the connection, it's still not sure I'll even develop the disease even if the mutation does have some connection. So, that test wouldn't even tell me anything useful. The symptoms I've had for the past month and a half include shortness of breath, chest tightness, waking up with trouble breathing. And what's google tell me could be a cause? ALS. And for a minute each time I nearly panic. Once, I did have a panic attack over that. However, I also recognized eventually that those symptoms are attributable to a large number of things, some common and relatively benign, like post nasal drip, heartburn, and...wait for it.....anxiety. I was floored when I saw that, and so goddamned relieved. I had already gone to urgent care, told them my symptoms and that they started worse but now only happen at night; he listened to my lungs, checked vitals, felt my face and neck, asked about health history etc. And he could find nothing wrong with me. Rewind a few years, just after my mom's diagnosis; I went to urgent care because I was starting to experience random bouts of vertigo. I'd be walking somewhere, and the room would spin, and I'd have to sit down. Around the same time, there was a serious pressure in my face, and I began to worry obsessively about it. At that time, I'd never experienced a panic attack. The urgent care then also could find nothing wrong with me. They explained that I have no other symptoms which would lead them to worry, and also based on my symptoms it was most likely blocked sinuses and fluid buildup in my inner ear causing vertigo, and that it was actually completely benign. I was convinced I had a brain tumor, or a clot, or dangerous swelling, or leukemia...etc. the list goes on. I still occasionally have trouble with my sinuses and sudden head rushes...as I'm writing this, actually....and they also tend to happen around times when I'm anxious but haven't realized how on edge I've been. I guess my point here is; I totally understand the ALS fear. It's a horrifying disease, and I am haunted by what happened to my mother. I also however occasionally get scared if I have a pain in my back....wondering if I'm in kidney failure. I get heartburn and wonder if I have stomach cancer (one of my dear friend's mother died of that the year before last, shortly before I lost my mother). I have symptoms and wonder also if i have a thyroid problem (my grandmother and mother apparently both had thyroid issues.) However, I show no other symptoms usually but one vague one which can be attributed to stress. It's crazy what stress has done to me, these symptoms that appear from nowhere, then disappear, then sometimes reappear monthsor a year later. It's likely my breathing issue is stress related, but I am on antibiotics just in case it was a bout of bronchitis caused by a bacterial infection. I was even scared to take the antibiotics, because I was afraid of side effects, and also because I recognized it as a medication I once had to give to my dog to try to help him clear out a UTI, and it didn't work for him at the time. It makes no sense for me, a completely healthy individual, to be so scared that I will have an infection that doesn't clear up after the first time ever (that I can remember) taking antibiotics. But the memories of what we went through, especially in the beginning when he was really sick, again, haunt me sometimes. I was prescribed a steroid as well, to help open up my airways and maybe as a bonus help clear up the severe eczema I was experiencing(I'm talking blistered, completely peeled away layers of skin on my right hand. It was the worst.) But I saw that one of the potential side effects (which if experienced stops after you stop taking the drug) was muscle weakness. I am literally scared witless of anything that may cause muscle weakness. So, I physically and mentally feel your pain, here. And I know we can both get past this. The fear does eventually fade.

Hey… I feel tingling and numbness in my feet and my hands I have back pain sometimes I have a feeling of coldness or heat in my skin for no reason I started to see floaters in the day and I have joint pain sometimes headaches.. neck tension, tight jaw, lump in my throat kinda feeling and the list go on..I was confused because things are not related to each other so it made no sense to me.. until I realised that anxiety could do that.. my mom got diagnosed with ms a mild case thank god, and I read about it and googled about it even more then her and now my body reacts in a way that copying the symptoms and I was really scared and worried but now I accept that I developed health anxiety after my mom got diagnosed and I wasn’t even aware of that , right now I’m trying to focus on my day to day basis never google anything, I was convincing myself to get an MRI but I will not… and I know it’s a phase but I’m a dental student and I’m really trying to not let this affect my study… at the end it’s so okay to feel fear for your loved ones but don’t forget that you have to be strong in order to be there for them.. I hope mommy and everyone having MS or any kind of disease to get well and happy and healthy and most importantly content with life.. for me I still have work to do but I know it will get better ❤️‍🩹. I pray for you guys.

85% of people's worries never happen! I've had worried about having cavities, went to the dentist and it was just build up. I thought something was wrong with my entire digestive system due to bad stool and constipation for months, but all of that was caused by just worrying. Worrying can cause your digestive system to do the wrong things and cause diarrhea.

I think the anxiety for me really started with Covid. I got sick when Covid was first emerging and think I had a panic attack thinking it was Covid and something bad could happen to me. I kept feeling short of breath but got all the testing done which was normal. I then got pregnant with my second child and then I started getting pvcs and palpitations. On and off, not that much but enough to bother me. I had a few more traumas with the delivery and afterwards and then all these symptoms appeared and were constant. More pvcs again Feeling like passing out almost all the time Tingling Weak legs and extremely heavy Numbness in lower body Head pressure/headaches Vision changes Phantom smells Digestive issues Bad bruising Feeling “out of it” Hot sensations through body Almost passing out when I get a cut or hurt myself Difficulty swallowing/ lump in throat To this day the pvcs and heart stuff and feeling dizzy/faint are my worse ones to cope with. They come and go over time but they get me every time they appear

My symptoms started after long ride on bicycle I've had dizziness, headache, chest pain and been exausted. Contacted doctor and he sent me to ER, after tis ER visit I've been there about 25 times in 1 year, symptoms were extremly bad, because of dizziness i barely been able to walk the hospital corridor to get to ER department. I am here now after over 2 years and still having those symptoms like dizziness, chest pains, ringing in the ears, and headache all at the same time. Trying to go to the gym and do some light cadio workouts, it helps a litttle bit.

I know this is an older video but just this last year for 2023 was not a good year for me at all for a lot of reasons. I got my heart broken very early in the year and been so hurt while healing for 6-8 months and still been healing but it’s been better. However this past September to now I’ve been having some severe health anxiety with lots different unusual symptoms I’ve had and went to the doctor and everything was fine. Then got my blood work done for my doctor and she told me that my liver enzymes were skyrocketing high! I was so worried that something was very horribly wrong. I was worried sick like you don’t know what especially with me having OCD which makes my health anxiety worse. Got an ultra sound done and my doctor said that everything looked normal and healthy with my liver even thro my enzymes were still high. Along that part of the journey I was also feeling lightheaded a lot so that was very scary. Then for some reason I was thinking about what if I was having a stroke just because of an add I saw on instagram. All of the symptoms I saw I’ve been feeling and I was so convinced that I was having a stroke for a week or 2. This past Christmas till now I’ve been having these chronic headaches and I’m so convinced that I have a brain tumor. My parents keep me that the headaches are just from stress and also saying that they see no signs of a brain tumor so that’s still very reassuring. My OCD still tells me that I do cause OCD is just a big bully. I went to my doctor and she has experience in working with people who had brain tumors and strokes and what not. She did a whole test on me and she said she didn’t see any sign of a brain tumor. I felt so much better after that but I’m still dealing with the stress and anxiety from the headaches so hopefully they go away soon. :)

I wasn’t able to sleep because i’m conscious of my breathing and was counting my breathing. I had a chest xray done. The radiologist said it was normal but still, I had canker sores and yellowish white patch in my tongue, I thought i was immunocompromised. It was just lack of vitamins and a geographic tough My father has cough for several days i thought he had lung cancer. We consulted a specialist, he said it was a lung infection My father had a history of hemorrhoids that bleed occasionally but there was a month that it bled daily. I’m 40 and, health anxiety since 15, but the last 10 years in control, only triggers when I’ve got a new symptom over time. The last 4 years have been a hell for me, both private and work, when it comes to stress. The last 3 months I’ve been hyper stimulated in my nervous system, alarms goes of all the time, I’m in fight or flight, can’t eat or almost sleep. It started with a strange sensation in my left foot, numb, vibration, feels like something was wrong with the nerve. It didn’t go away and my stress to the top of the roof. Then more symptoms on the left side, numbness left arm, tingling and vibrations in my fingers. After I got MRI date it has escalated even more. Feels like a electric storm in the foot, and sometimes burning pains both foot and hand. I’ve convinced my self that this have to be MS for months, for me it’s the scariest one. If stress can do this to my body, so concrete body parts, I will be totally shocked, but also so glad I will cry for days. Then I think I must starts videos like you Cherelle. Wish me luck, my little 4 years old need his mum healthy

My mri came back clear. I’m totally shocked. The anxiety continues because the symptoms in my foot is worse. Been numb the hole foot the last days, burning pain now and then, strange neveological symptoms, and the worst, electricity under my foot and in toes. Like volt in the foot. It’s only this foot and that concret symptom. This can’t be anxiety, 100%? I’m in a very stressful situation but electricity in on foot, and needles and burning pain. Seems to have no logic between the anxiety. It’s worse after walk on the foot, and end of day, even when I’m calm. So thankful if you will replay. What I think is really difficult with HA is when continues to find the reasons for this or let I be

So far Im battling with the pain with my inside of my nose and it's been two years finding answer to this pain and so o far CT scan, sinus x-ray and my nasal endoscopy are negative and my 4th ENT said there's nothing serious even my previous ENT said it's just psychological but I can't convinced myself to believe that because I see little blood in my snot sometime when I spit it out and I'm loosing weight. I'm so tired😓 it's already 5 yrs dealing with issues after issues with my health and it's feels like it doesn't let me take a rest.
