actually for 3km rs.600 is the local price. 1km = 180rs in kandy. cant blame the tuk tuk drivers becuz the fuel price is high now

This looks like a coming of age ceremony . These people are Indian Tamils whose ancestors were brought over by the British to work in the tea plantations. You should have learnt a couple of words in Tamil instead of thanking them in Sinhala & freeloading.

Use google translate Or hire a private car from a tour company. (It was $50usd per day car and driver in 2019) Thats what I did in 2019 I am going again will do the same. I won't use the public bus or tuck tuck. Don't wast time by traveling like local. Get a good tourist car from a good hotel in Colombo then go around the country for 2 or 3 weeks and come back to your hotel in Colombo. While you are out of Colombo driver will arrange the hotels for you and the driver will get accommodation at no extra cost. Quick , save and no trouble . Who us taking the video? Do you have a camera persin ?
