I did mine yesterday, without sedation or painkillers. It was really bearable. No real discomfort or pain.

I have a low resting HR and I always tell the CRNA it is going to drop and NOT CALL EMS! My ER colleges would never let me live it down! 😂

I love the propofol nap so much I was a little disappointed the Dr. said I didn’t need another colonoscopy for 10 years. 😅

God bless whomever developed propofol. After years of experiences I will not undergo any potentially painful procedure without it.

When I got a endoscopy/colonoscopy, they gave me fentanyl with propofol. Why would this be?

I'm allergic to versad, so they always give me profonol. Sorry if I spelled it wrong. Had no problems with it. Had several problems with others meds.

@@Nhxn_ unfortunately, I felt pressure where I shouldn't have. When i woke up i glanced around the room. I saw the doctor, saw the monitor. Which was connected to the camera. (so I got to see my colon/intestines). Than I heard someone yell "shit, she's awake". They pushed more meds to knock me back out. I have been terrified since than to have a procedure done.
