I think you switched the names around in the “Drifblim walls Ursaluna” statement, Mind’s Eye allows Ursaluna to hit Drifblim with Blood Moon AND Vacuum Wave, and I believe Mind’s Eye also IGNORES evasion and accuracy buffs/debuffs Edit: Yeah, Mind’s Eye DOES ignore evasiveness buffs AND it makes Bloodmoon Ursaluna unable to get its accuracy lowered
