Love this car, i used to have the exact one, in my younger days, only thing i did not like was the headlight be updated and "modernized"

I dropped the front and replaced the control arms, ball joints, struts, and painted the calipers silver. It looks awesome! All I need is to drop the rear.

From experience, a high flow catted x pipe with Flowmaster original 40s are the perfect combo for a 4.6 engine. It’s loud but the cats muffle it a bit to give it an old school deep tone but the x pipe wakes it up like crazy!

Use some heater hose might only take away 1/4 in if you do top and bottom

I might have to try this electric tape and grease trick.

Yo Derek my man. It's FreshPotatoes (changed it to this new name). Another die hard fan you've pinned before. Awesome foxbody man! I missed this whole month of vids. I got in a really bad 40 mph car crash. I should have died but the big guy blessed me with more life to live. This person cut across opposite traffic in front of me and I had no choice or time but hope to live. I walk away with deep bruising nothing broken. All the units on the scene including people that witnessed the impact couldn't believe I took that hit and walked away damn near clean. Airbag saved me. Day 2 and 3 hurt the most. I'm still healing. Almost there. Oh don't worry my Stang is good but my 09 Aveo5 is dead 😑 from the impact. 2 years of building on that thing. I kept her out the junkyard. Irebuilt that little gas sipper and she ended up there 2 years later anyway. My phone died from the crash a few days later....my phone flew off the passenger seat and got knock out of 2 protective cases and the back came off, the battery poped out of my phone on impact (NUTZ!) I thought an office or wreak crew took it apart lol. Anyway got some vids to catch up on now.

Loving the fox content lately, keep it coming. There this company that sells foxbody front bumpers with the 03/04 terminator lower bumper and I think it would look sick on the 88. Just unsure on the brand name.

The springs are getting car sitting right! Can’t wait to see how it settles after driving it a little.

It's easier I find jack it up in front by the k member then jack stands on where the control arm meets the kmember the jack the rear by the rear end

I use a wire wheel on an angle grinder. Harbor freight like $6 and just be careful. Will take off paint rust whatever. Looks good

Blue calipers for the win

I have used heat shrink tubing on the springs instead of electrical tape and found that it holds up better plus it's quicker to do and not much more expensive than the tape ! Very good idea to eliminate metal to metal contact ! Best Wishes and Good Luck 🇺🇲 🇵🇷 🦊 🤞 P/S the heat shrink tubing is available in different sizes from any good electrical supply store also thicknesses .
