When you are in sujood after you say subhan Rabial A’la, make your dua. You can do this in any language but be sincere. This is the time when you are closest to your creator. I make dua in sujood by saying: Allahu Akbar 10x SubhanAllah 10x Alhamdulilah 10x Then I praise Allah and send peace and blessings to the prophet (PBUH) and his companions. Then I ask Allah what I want. There is a Hadith that mentions that whoever recites Allahu Akbar, SubahnAllah, and Alhamdulilah 10x each then whatever the person asks for afterwards Allah says “na’am na’am” - “yes yes” May Allah accept all our duas
Ya Allah, this is such a big issue for all of us. We let worldly matters cause us stress and anxiety and we get so consumed by these thoughts that even when we're in prostration we aren't focused on Allah. To get rid of your stress and anxiety say the following duaa: The Prophet ﷺ [Sahih al-Bukhari 6369] “O Allah! I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, from incapacity and laziness, from cowardice and miserliness, from being heavily in debt and from being overpowered by (other) men.”
