These 4 geniuses are each the GOAT of their craft, & THE GODS OF MUSIC. Robert Plant lead singer & harmonica * Jimmy Page lead guitar band founder producer mixer & editor * John Paul Jones (JPJ) bass guitar keyboards mandolin etc. * John (Bonzo) Bonham greatest drummer. They do a verity of genres Rock Blues Folk Funk Reggae Prog etc. & make it all sound amazing. You cant go wrong with any Led Zeppelin song, the same song in their lives, is never done the same twice they improvise to to give each concert a unique experience. PLEASE do a nice deep dive down this amazing rabbit hole. Thank you for your reaction.

This amazing band were only together 2 months, when they recorded their first album. It was recorded mixed & edited all over 4 days & a total of 35 hours. Their first rehearsal was on August 19,1968, they had 6 concerts the lead guitarist as the remaining member of the Yardbirds had to fulfill. They recorded the album in October, & it was released on January 12,1969. Though they did come to the USA on December 26,1968, & performed some concerts. They were the first band to break the record for most sold tickets for a single act. They’ve sold over 300 million albums, & sold out every concert they played & the majority were just them playing. Their concerts lasted between 3 & 4 nonstop hours. Sadly they split up, when their drummer John Bonham passed away, because it was decided before that if anyone quit or passed away that was it. They played together, like they were different parts of the same musician, that’s how tight they played together.

This ocean in this song is the audience, it’s a song to their fans, though it’s a great song they have many mind blowing songs. A great studio song that shows their talent is, You Shook Me, 3 solos of keyboards harmonica & guitar with amazing drums & vocals. My favorite lives are, Madison Square Gardens (1073), Since I’ve Been Loving You & Stairway to Heaven. Live at Earls Court May 25,1975 version of In My Time Of Dying, that date is mind blowing. Live at Knebworth (1979) Achilles Last Stand, & Kashmir, also mind blowing.

Hey, if you're planning on doing a deep dive anyway, you could just start with the first song on the first album and just keep going all the way through their catalogue, the way we heard it as each album came out and they just blew us all away! After you finish each studio album, then do some of the available lives from the album you just finished. (Sadly, there aren't lives for everything). Anyway, Zeppelin does not disappoint. They've been my favorite band for 50+ years.
