Listening too this i can imagine a fighter somewhere around the globe training harder than anyone ever did to become the ultimate fighting machine and to destroy everyone on his path to greatness
i do goju ryu and ive beat tonnes of kyokushin fighters it proves they arent the toughest because any traditonal style can be the strongest if you train it right
I think what we practice Kyokusin karate today as well as traditional as well as sport but earlier Kyokusin was much much much much more brutal than we think
After watching this video,I do believe that Kyokushin Karate Do is one of the best martial arts on the planet. It comprises of both Goju Ryu and Shotokan Karate Do with an awesome mix of other martial arts like Muay Thai from Thailand and some of the Chinese kung fu some boxing on top of that to make it perhaps the most lethal martial art on Earth but not the best. You remember where Kyokushin originated from. It originated from Okinawa Karate with Mas Oyama starting out as a student of Goju Ryu before studying Shotokan. During that time he also took some Muay Thai, boxing, and perhaps some type of Chinese Wushu and some other type Chinese boxing. In conclusion, it may be your opinion to call Kyokushin the best martial art on the planet but to me it is not the best but among the best. To me there is no clear cut number one martial art because any martial art is defeatable when tested against one another.
I am watching this on the eve of new year 2020. I have a gut feeling that I am gonna crush this new year with new Zeal and energy. Gonna resume my fitness routine and self defence practice after a decade. God bless me!
When asked by the Pharisee's When will the Kingdom of God come, He answered them saying God's Kingdom does not come by observation, neither will they say look here or look there, For Behold The Kingdom of God is Within You. Luke 17:20-21 OSU push and endure Pain is an emotion Don't pray for an easy Life Pray for the Strength to endure a difficult one.
Honestly I think it would've been one of the most epic MMA matches in history considering both of them were in tremendous shape (Oyama literally strong as a Bull and Bruce's physique is infamous) both had killer standup in their styles and both trained Judo/Grappling with high level masters (Oyama with Kimura the Legend and Bruce with Gene Lebell and other wrestlers). That's a dream match I hope they're having in the heavens right now.
I do Seido, which is a slightly softened style derived from Kyokushin. It's basically the same, but with important differences: we wear protection during kumite, you can't spar until you're greenbelt and it's more inclusive (so we get more females and also poach quite a few Kyokushin karateka). Any martial art will push you to your limits, bear in mind. That's just what they do. We had a new student on Thursday who's core was shaking after the warmup, and couldn't do more than one punch at a time, he was quivering that much. But he will get better.
We will follow our true God and never forget the true virtue of "humility" we will look up to wisdom and strength not seeking other desires all our lives through the disapline of karate we seek to fullfill the true meaning of the Kyokushin way OSU
I think in a real fight Bruce wouldn't last against Oyama. Bruce was a fantastic martial artist and was unbelievably fast but Oyama was also fast in his prime, and as we all know he had godlike strength. He was also a black belt in Judo under the legendary Kimura, so we can vouch for his grappling aswell. If they were to fight I think Bruce would land some quick punches, but as soon as Oyama hits him in the ribs with a Shuto or Tsuki it's all over. Broken ribs and some serious bruising.
Oyama also trained grappling. Oyama was 4 degree black belt in judo, and training partner and instructor of karate of Kimura (who defeated Helio Gracie).
I do judo and I love it it's my life basically I'm from Guam so there is four thing that is big there martial arts (judo, aikido, karate, taekwondo, kajukenbo these are the only ones on the island) I do judo and it's deadly even koyokoshun
Oyama ere mestre de um mestre meu por 10 anos .eu vi coisa que o diabo duvida,más aprende muito essa arte marcial.Equilibrio , força e quebramento.O nome dele era Riromichi Tutsume Sansey.ossi.
Mas oyama trained hanshi John Taylor in Japan hanshi John Taylor is a great martial artist and a great man Australia and the world can be very proud of his contributions to international Kyokushin karate the ultimate truth The great I am God of God's is invinceable and so is his creation "man" that is as true as it gets he is real that much I know we are spirit evil will loose and Good will prevail on you tube watch I am God.
In russian: посмотрел этот и еще до этого клип и понял, что тратил время зря, за это время мог бы достичь положительных результатов в самом благородном виде спорта - в боксе. I am ready to translate my opinion from Russian in to English.
