Solid framework! Our calls go Disco and then personalized Demo a few days later so this is interesting that you do them both on the same call. Are you personalizing the demo on the spot?

Yes, I only demo to the problems I find out in the discovery conversation...my meetings are typically 60-90 minutes where we do both discovery and demo on the same call.
