Never knew of The Interrupters until last weekend. We went to a Dropkick Murphys Show in Gilford NH and The Interrupters opened for them. OMG they were amazing. Better than Dropkick to be honest. My son and I jammed the whole set and afterwards someone from the band gave my son the setlist. Talk about making a huge mark on his life. He said it was the best night of his life and kept hugging me for taking him to the show. We are now both listening to The Interrupters non stop and cant wait for the next Tour. ❤

Luego me gustaban R.E.M, Beastie Boys, Radiohead, Pink Floyd, Soundgarden, The Ramones, RATM, The Specials, Madness, The Cure, Cranberries, Green Day, Hole, Smashing Pumkins, etc, etc. Pero cuando conocí, hace relativamente poco, a The Interrupters, me agregaron vida. Los escucho todos los días, cómo a Kurt Cobain en los 90's. Son tan honestos con su música, cómo en las viejas épocas del rock. Gracias por hacerme feliz. Honestly the best band ever in my opinion

One of the best bands I've ever heard...

I saw (and heard) The Interrupters for the first time ever opening for Green Day in Madrid last month. 10 seconds into the first song and I was already a fan. Watching this I feel like I wanna be friends with them.

The children of 2 tone,, the grandchildren of Trojan.. I love a good throwback band.. pushing boundaries is great, but there's something special about keeping something alive!

I'm the same age as Aimee. So coming from a fellow 90s kid to whom "...And Out Come The Wolves" was basically the soundtrack to high school, the honor of having Tim Armstrong producing your records is some shit I can't even imagine. So happy that The Interrupters are a thing, such a great band.

The unity in our punk rock ska (wtv) family is so magical!! This is FAMILY. I never felt more at home than with this family. Punk rock and ska is home. 💖💖💖💖💖

There is not a lot of music out there that makes me more happy when it hear it than the Interrupters! Just immediately makes me smile (and move along)! Very hyped for the Gig in Austria on the 27.!!!!!!

As a punk living in Western Australia, I appreciate the footage of these gigs. We've just recently been banned from entering music venues, pubs, bars, even bottle shops, so having some access to music is really important for me right now. And since we've also been banned from having a job, I've now got the most time for my garden and my music. We're not gonna run and hide, but they've certainly pushed us to the side. No more punk bands allowed in Perth in person, so thanks for existing and screaming while we can't.

The Interrupters make me forget about my problems and anxieties. Thank you so much for sharing your music with us!

As a teenager in the late 80s, I grew up on Punk and the Second wave of Ska so getting to see the Interrupters play twice here in Victoria British Columbia in 2019 at the Capitol Ballroom, was so absolutely amazing and brought back so many memories !! Hope they are able to come back n play again some day!!

Such an inspirational band. Great to hear Aimee tell her story of growing up, good and bad times, as it gives a sense of how it influenced the Interrupters songs. I both was and wasn't surprised they omitted her time in a relationship and music duo with Scott Russo of Unwritten Law (Scott and Aimee, if anyone wants to check them out). They kind of made it seem like she moved to LA, hung out on the strip then found the Bivonas and bam we got the Interrupters. Pretty sure Scott and Aimee happened in between and I have read it was another dark period of her life including substance abuse. Maybe that's due for its own documentary. Love this band, love this music. I hope the love between Kevin and Aimee only grows with the band!

Gutted The Murphy's UK tour is off in 2022 as was looking forward to seeing The Interrupters and they're not playing the rescheduled dates in 2023. Love the 2-Tone era and music that inspired them and really getting into them even though only discovered them about 6 months ago.

I skipped the Hella Mega Tour because the Interrupters were the only band on the ticket that I like and it seemed kinda costly to watch one band before going home. Now I know seeing them would have been worth the cost of admission. It's been a long time since I enjoyed a concert film from start to end, but this one does it. Aimee is an amazing front for a wonderful band.

Such an inspirational band! I'm going through a rough time myself right now, but this band sure keeps you smiling! I'm glad I've witnesses their show in Amsterdam (and I escaped from a clinique to do so)! I kinda share a somewhat same background story as Aimee, my mom and dad didn't want me, kicked me out, ended up homeless, and never really fit in society... And music was all I got really... Began to play guitar at a late age though, and it went really well, performed in the streets, people enjoyed it... But lately I can't really play because of the drugs they're shooting up in my ass, and I'm obliged to cooperate or I'll end up in prison... Where I'll soon be anyway, 'cause I've got a court date coming up for threatening or prime minister and I've got into some fights too many with some cops, which might now appear as if I'm some very aggressive guy, although the opposite is true... As a normal guy I think it's your job to protect women and children at all cost, so I can't cooperate with policies that drop bombs on them, that just goes into every vibre of my nature! I should have dozed some actions better to preserve myself I guess, but I will not excuse myself for wanting world peace! And I think these day and age people are really misled by all the Big Business, who claim to be about saving the people of tomorrow, but... Have they figured out yet how the people of tomorrow are going to be born without the people of today? 'Cause today's Western policies are starving them, putting them on the streets and bombing them interglobally, now, when they say it's about saving the planet, that's an agenda of a MADMAN, I mean, killing them now so we don't have to worry about killing them later, that's like A. Hitler talking! You know, the mindless selfish bubbles they're creating, people have to snap out of that! People are happier in small self regulating environments, not this central dominated totalitarian states they're creating, where we're all some sort of mindless sheep! But it's hard fighting the majority on your own all the time... There's a lot to say about this topic actually, but anyway... That night in Amsterdam, at your concert, I swear to God, I met the family I never had! I spoke to a guy from Finland, a girl from Denmark, lots of people, and it was like, we were all literally on the same page, without even having to share words, that natural energy, wow, that felt so magical! They sound too good.

I saw them at the Commadore in Vancouver on 23 April, 2023 (My Birthday!). It was literally one of the best live shows I have ever been to, and I've seen The Stones, David Bowie, Peter Gabriel, Rush, The Beastie Boys and many others. We are driving down to Seattle to see them again in September, with Sum 41. They are awesome in so many ways. Their music is just straight up fantastic. Their energy and chemistry on stage is amazing. Aimee's personal journey is inspiring and the bands love for each other as a family is heartwarming. Oh, and did I mention...the music is amazing!

I was put on furlough during the first lockdown here in the UK last year and didn't take it well. I felt lost and utterly useless but finding this bands fantastic music made me feel so much better. If I had those feelings I just listened to The Interrupters and I instantly felt better.

I knew there was some Joan Jett in her. I've been an obsessed JJ fan since the early-mid 80s. I've met her 5 times, seen her over 20 times and we have the same birthday. Aimee is such a badass, so wonderful, such a great performer and spirit. I thank my friend Liz for recently turning my onto this band. They are fantastic. Great film! Probably the most upbeat, positive band I like (besides maybe Jimmy Cliff). Go Interrupters!

I'm very familiar with '90's and 00's ska like The Toasters, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, The Specials, Rancid and Save Ferris. You know, the time you are in school, go out and visit festivals. After that time, music, interests and your taste changes as you het older. But The Interrupters are the first band in 20 years that gets me by the throat. Just recently I I learned about this band via a dutch alternative radio station. Their singer has the same power and the charism as Monique Powell had 20 years ago! What an amazing sound and energy!!!
