@@jeanlynn8278 everything on agt and similar shows is shortened, but also staged and edited, even going so far to tell the viewers to wish candidates luck for the final while in reality it was all prerecorded half a year earlier, and copying some of the judges reaction from the final and pasting it to the semifinal (to hide something that really was said?). not giving him the golden buzzer in that first show was justified by telling viewers it would have been too early in the show, but in contrast to showing him perform first in the broadcast, he really performed only later and simon surprisingly had jumped over the others and given the buzzer to his personal favorite. Simon also said how disappointed he was about Marcelitos bad choice of song, while the singers only get a short list by the producers(!) to select from, and Simon himself is an executive producer(!) of the show. *btw: where in the world (in court, in any contest, etc) is anyone allowed to be a neutral judge when he has some personal interest in the outcome, be it as producer of the show, because of a chance to do deals and contracts with (winning) participants, or whatever.* _thus i try to avoid any such performances at any cost if there are any alternatives (which mostly are better/longer/uncut/unmanipulated), eg for the prayer. too bad that con te partiro seems to be available nowhere else. but cut&crippled, it sounded quite bad to me._

@@Anson_AKB I know….I was in the audience for three of his four performances. The show is definitely rigged. Marcelito was the audience favorite throughout but Simon already had his choice picked from the beginning. But at least Marcelito had exposure in 129 countries. 👍

@@jeanlynn8278 yes, he got the exposure, and even without having to sign a contract that would have bound him (and his family) to Simon and the usa ...
