From what i've heard about him, granted this was learned years ago... 1. To the most part he wears his costume on his property, and is very self conscious of others. 2. He takes the suit off regularly, as he can't see very well in it. Bathroom breaks, work, ect 3. He runs a tiktok where he does some stuff, although as stated most all of it is from his property. Even the 'walks' are very rarely more then a block or two, since he's afraid of what others will think if they somehow recognize him. Dude pretty much does his own thing, keeps relatively to himself, and isn't harming anyone by doing what he's doing. So yeah.
To be honest, I'm gonna have to agree wuth @angryfoxzd5233, and @mkovis8587. He did buy a hyper realistic fur suit, but it's somewhere in the uncanny valley.

I think this is a realistic version of what a skinwalker could be in irl due to the skin walker’s lore being that you can shapeshift into an animal or the shaman/witch can wear the hide or pelt of the creature it’s wearing and it can give the person the abilities of that said creature

Rough collies are the bigger, hairier Lassie dogs, often with sable and white coats (although they can be blue merle or tricolour (like sable and white but with added black) as well). Border collies are slightly smaller and less hairy. They are typically black and white, but can be blue merle, red and white, etc, as well.
