This is a high-intensity song that should occur at the peak intervals of your workout playlist.
MODIFICATIONS: simple modifications can be used if you're needing a lower-intensity workout. Jumping Jacks and speedbags can be modified by keeping both feel on the floor. Front kicks can be replaced with a leg lift or a knee lift. As always, make the moves meet your needs and abilities -- and challenge yourself where and when you can!
