This Is Not The Same T.J. McConnell 

Hes been one of my favorite players in the league since he played for the Sixers. Always so so underrated. Hes the best backup point in the league. People have always told me hes "trash" because they're casual fans and just dont like him because hes not flashy , shooting ten 3's a game , or dunking everything But 10.2 ppg 5.5 apg in only 18 mpg is crazy efficient production . With those numbers projected out to 36 mpg , he'd easily be one of the best point guards in the league if he were starting.

Bear Down TJ. My favorite player these days. My 12 year loves Jrue. This series my boy is getting a good view of fundamentals, playing hard, and being tough. All his friends wanna be steph, but they won't be. But a strong mental, fundamental game, and doing whatever your team needs makes anyone a valuable player at any age or ability.

We love TJ here in Indiana. He just got a 4--year extension today. It'll be a sad day when he retires, but I'm also looking forward to the day he becomes our head coach.

ive been saying for years tj mcconnel and tyus jones prior to being a starter this year are the best backup pgs in the league and they do it with limited minutes Drop mcconnel on a crap team and give him 35 minutes a gane hes a low turnover 15-20 ppg with 7 8 assists and carry himself on defense and have good shooting splits, thats a very good ball player to me
