Check St Roses Senior High School, Akwatia in the E/R is among one of the best girls' schools in Ghana.

I know Adu Gyanfi is one of the best schools in Ghana but it is underrated, we have nice building facilities more than any school in Ghana, they don't varue us cos we are in the village

Lily, I'm not sure you're aware of the fierce competition between SHS schools in Ghana, and how crazy up and coming kids are about enrolling into particular schools. My dream was to go read science at Achimota Secondary School. I remember how terribly disappointed I was that I didn't get admitted into that school. I eventually attended Tema Secondary School, and I enjoyed every bit of my experience there.

The best and the most beautiful girls high school in Ghana has not been featured, St. Louis Secondary school in Kumasi and the best government SHS in Ghana in terms of WAECE success OWASS(Opoku Ware Secondary school)

These are PRESEC's girls. Every boy's school has a girl's school they are affiliated to. You have more schools to do. You need to do Mfantsipim too, Opoku Ware, Accra Academy, St. Peters, Pope Johns, GSTS etc As for the good schools they are many.
